Իրատեսական եմ համարում Սյունիքում ռուսական ռազմաբազայի տեղակայումը, բայց եթե ուզում ենք, որ մեզ հարգեն, մենք պետք է ունենանք սեփական Զինված ուժեր․ Ռոբերտ Քոչարյան

Մենք հայտարարում ենք, որ այն ուժն ենք, որն ի վիճակի է այսօր Հայաստանը տանել դեպի պայծառ ապագա։ Այս մասին այսօր Կապանում իր ելույթում ասաց «Հայաստան» դաշինքի նախընտրական ցուցակը գլխավորող ՀՀ երկրորդ նախագահ Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանը։

«Մեր հանդիպումները մեր քաղաքացիների հետ մեկ դերասանի թատրոն չեն, մենք ներկայանում ենք թիմով, որի անդամներից ամեն մեկը ճանապարհ է անցել, փորձ է կուտակել։ Մեկ մարդ չի կարող բոլոր հարցերը լուծել։ Այս ընտրություններն էապես տարբերվում են նախորդ բոլոր ընտրություններից»,–ասաց նա։

Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանը նշեց, որ տուրիզմը պետք է հասցնել մինչև Կապան։ «Տուրիզմը հասել է մինչև Գորիս և մինչև Կապան չի շարունակվել։ Մենք պետ է կառուցենք ճանապարհներ, Հյուսիս– Հարավ մայրուղին պետք է սկսվեր կառուցվել Սյունիքում»,– ասաց նա և նշեց, որ այդ ճանապարհի անհրաժեշտությունն զգացել է այստեղ ժամանելիս։

Նա նկատեց, որ փոքր ու միջին բիզնեսը Հայաստանում սկսեց զարգանալ, երբ ինքն է կառավարել, և քայլեր են ձեռնարկվելու տարածքների համաչափ զարգացման համար։

Հարցին, թե որքանով եք իրատեսական համարում, որ Սյունիքում կարող է տեղակայվել ՌԴ ռազմաբազա, Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանը պատասխանեց։ «Իրատեսական եմ համարում, բայց մեկ հարց, որի վրա միշտ շեշտադրում եմ անում, եթե մենք ուզում ենք, որ մեզ հարգեն, մենք պետք է ունենանք սեփական Զինված ուժեր։ Ռուսական բազան, Ռուսաստանը մեր ստրատեգիական դաշնակիցն է, անկասկած, բայց եթե ուզում ենք մեր կշիռը այդ հարաբերությունում պատշաճ մակարդակի վրա լինի, մենք մեզանից ինչ–որ բան պետք է ներկայացնենք, այլ տարբերակով չեն հարգում պետություններին։ Եթե մենք ուզում ենք, որ այս հարցերն իրենց լիարժեք լուծումն ստանան գործընկերային հենքի վրա, ոչ թե աղաչելով ու խնդրելով, ուրեմն մենք շատ արագ պետք է վերականգնեք մեր բանակը և միասին մեր դաշնակիցների հետ ամրացնենք մեր երկրի անվտանգությունը»,–ասաց նա։
