Իր հաղթանակը նշելու արդյունքում ոստիկանությունում հայտնված Սյունիքի ՀՀԿ թեկնածուն չի դառնա պատգամավոր, իսկ ՍԱՍ–ի Արտակը՝ կդառնա. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Ապրիլի 2–ի խորհրդարանի ընտրությունները կրկին ցույց տվեցին Հայաստանի քաղաքական դաշտի իրական պատկերը. ավելի ճիշտ՝ քաղաքական մոտեցումների բացակայությունը, որ անգամ անցումը խորհրդարանական կառավարման չփոխեց Հայաստանի ֆեոդալական իրականությունը:

Ուշագրավ իրավիճակ ստեղծվեց Սյունիքում: ՀՀԿ–ից ինքնաբացարկ հայտնածների թվում է Սյունիքից ՀՀԿ ռեյտինգային թեկնածու, «Առանցք» ընկերության հիմնադիր Գագիկ Առուշանյանի տղան՝ Առուշ Առուշանյանը, ով ստացել էր 6879 ձայն և սպասելի էր, որ Սյունիքի մարզպետ Վահե Հակոբյանի ինքնաբացարկից հետո հենց նա է գնալու խորհրդարան «Ջերմուկ գրուպի» սեփականատեր Աշոտ Արսենյանի հետ:

Սակայն ապրիլի 7–ի ուշ երեկոյան երիտասարդ Առուշ Առուշանյանը որոշել էր տոնել սեփական հաղթանակը, ինչն ավարտվել էր Գորիսի բնակիչ Շահում Դավթյանի տանը տեղի ունեցած վեճով, ու ՀՀԿ թեկնածուն հայտնվել էր ոստիկանությունում: Ու թերևս այսօր Առուշանյանը հենց ՀՀԿ ղեկավարության որոշմամբ է ինքնաբացարկ հայտնել:

Իհարկե՝ անընդունելի է ՀՀԿ թեկնածուի պահվածքը, սակայն ուշագրավն այստեղ այն է, որ ՀՀԿ ռեյտինգային մեկ այլ թեկնածու՝ Արաբկիր–Աջափնյակ–Դավթաշեն ընտրատեղամասում առաջադրված Արտակ Սարգսյանի՝ ՍԱՍ–ի Արտակի սեփական աշխատակիցներին ստորացնող ժողովի ձայնագրությունների գործը գտնվում է ՀՔԾ–ում, բացի դա մամուլում ահազանգեր եղան, որ նրա կողմնակիցները գումարներ են խոստանում, սակայն դա չհամարվեց խոչընդոտ ու Արտակ Սարգսյանը դառնում է պատգամավոր:

Հնարավոր է՝ պատճառն այն է, որ Արտակ Սարգսյանին Սերժ Սարգսյանն ավելի մոտիկից է ճանաչում ու վերջինս անգամ հրավիրում է թոռան կնունքին: Այսքանից հետո Արտակ Սարգսյանին մնում է հաշվեհարդար տեսնել իրեն զրո ձայն բերած աշխատակիցների հետ ու բաց ճակատով գնալ խորհրդարան: Երբ «Փաստը» Արտակ Սարգսյանին հարցրեց, թե ինչ ակնկալիք ունի ՀՔԾ–ում քննվող գործից, վերջինս հարցը լսելով՝ հայտարարեց, վաղը զանգեք: Հաշվի առնելով իշխանության մոտ կանգնածների հանդեպ հարուցված քրգործերի նախկին փորձը՝ չի բացառվում, որ այդ գործը առաջիկայում կարճվի:

Իսկ Սյունիքում կատարվածի արդյունքում՝ շահեց Սիսիանի քաղաքապետի եղբայրը, ով դարձավ 2–րդ պատգամավորը Սյունիքից: Սյունիքից առաջադրված ՀՀԿ ռեյտինգային թեկնածու, «Հիդրո» շինարարական ընկերության սեփականատեր 49–ամյա Ավետ Սարգսյանը, ով Սիսիանի քաղաքապետ Արթուր Սարգսյանի եղբայրն է, 4661 ձայն էր ստացել ընտրություններում: Հենց նա է խորհրդարան գնալու, թեև էականորն պակաս ձայն է հավաքել Առուշանյանից:
