«Հայոց աշխարհ» թերթը գրում է․

Միլենը):
Եվ միայն ներկայիս ժողովրդավարական ժամանակներում մարդիկ հասկացան, որ գլխավոր հեթիաթները հորինվում են ընտրողների համար:
