Դիտորդների տեղակայման առաջարկով Փաշինյանը ՀՀ-ն սկուտեղի վրա տվեց աշխարհին, ասաց՝ հոշոտեք, ամեն մեկդ ձեր մասը տարեք․ այստեղ միակ տուժողը լինելու է ՀՀ-ն ու հայ ժողովուրդը․ Արթուր Եղիազարյան (տեսանյութ)

Սոթք-Խոզնավար հատվածում դիտորդների տեղակայման խոսակցությունը երբ լսում ես, հասկանում ես, որ ՀՀ-ն սկուտեղի վրա մատուցում են ամբողջ աշխարհին։ Այս մասին Tert.am-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց ՀՅԴ ԳՄ նախկին անդամ, «Հայաստան» դաշինքի պատգամավորի թեկնածու Արթուր Եղիազարյանը`անդրադառնալով Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի՝ միջազգային հանրությանն ու Ադրբեջանին արված առաջարկին։

«Դրանից կարելի է հասկանալ մի բան՝ Հայաստանը հնարավորություն չունի ինքն իրեն պաշտպանել, ուրիշները գան, պաշտպանեն։ Առաջինը ՀՀ-ն քայլ պետք է անի՝ իր սահմանները պաշտպանելու համար, և դրանից հետո ակնկալի դաշնակիցների աջակցություն, ոչ թե ձեռքերը ծալած նստի, չկանխի իր տարածք մտնելը, հետո դիմի մյուսներին։ Եթե ինքդ քեզ չես պաշտպանում, ոչ մեկից մի ակնկալիր․ եթե ինչ-ինչ ֆորմատով այլ ուժեր գան, գալու են իրենց երկրների շահերից բխող խնդիրներ լուծելու համար։ Փաշինյանն այդ առաջարկով Հայաստանը սկուտեղի վրա տվեց աշխարհին, ասաց՝ հոշոտեք, ամեն մեկդ ձեր մասը տարեք։ Այստեղ միակ տուժողը լինելու են ՀՀ-ն ու հայ ժողովուրդը»,-ասաց Եղիազարյանը։

Անդրադառնալով այդ առաջարկն ԱԽ նիստի ուղիղի եթերում ներկայացնելուն՝ Եղիազարյանն ասաց․ «Պատերազմից հետո, երբ ադրբեջանցիները, Իլհամ Ալիևը ծաղրում, վիրավորում են և՛ ՀՀ-ին, և՛ հայ ժողովրդին, և՛ Փաշինյանին, 6 ամսում չտեսա, որ հակադարձում լիներ։ Կարծում եմ՝ ճիշտ ձևաչափ չէ ԱԽ նիստի ուղիղ եթերում հայտարարությամբ Ադրբեջանին դիմելը․ ինչն էր խանգարում այս 6 ամսում ոչ մի անգամ չհակադարձել»,-նշեց նա։

Ըստ Եղիազարյանի՝ թեև իշխանությունը սկզբնական շրջանում հերքում էր հայկական 6 գյուղերի հանձնման վերաբերյալ խոսակցությունները, սակայն իշխանական թևի շատ ներկայացուցիչներ, անդրադառնալով Տավուշի որոշ հատվածների, դրանք անվանեցին ադրբեջանական, իսկ «Հանրային» ՀԸ-ում էլ օրերս ռեպորտաժ էին պատրաստել՝ Տիգարանշենը ադրբեջանական համարելով։

Եղիազարյանն անդրադարձավ նաև Փաշինյանի այն հայտարարությանը, թե վերջինիս կողմից գեներալի կոչում ստացածները «բուկլետ» են բաժանում՝ նշելով, թե դա լուրջ մոտեցում չէ․ «Գեներալի կոչում ինքը չի տվել, իր պաշտոնն է տվել․ նա թագավոր չէ, որոշող չէ․ տվել է նրա համար, որ իր անձի՞ն ծառայեն, և եթե իրեն չեն ծառայում, դժգոհության ալի՞ք բարձրացնի։ Պետւթյան ղեկավարին նման բառապաշարը չի սազում, ինքը փորձել է դրանով իբրև նվաստացնել»,-նշեց նա։
