Եթե «միջանցքը» ենթադրում է մեր պետության տարածքով առանց մեր պետության մասնակցության որևիցե քայլ, դա կնշանակի մեր սուվերենության վերջը․Մեղրիի համայնքապետ

Մեղրիի համայնքապետ, «Հայաստան» դաշինքի անդամ Մխիթար Զաքարյանի խոսքով՝ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի հայտարարությունները «Մեղրիի միջանցքի» մասին միանշանակ չեն, մի տեղ նա ասում է, որ օրակարգում դրա մասին քննարկում չկա, մեկ այլ վայրում հայտարարում, թե «եթե ադրբեջանցիներն ասում են՝ «Մեղրիի միջանցք», մենք էլ ասում ենք՝ «Նախիջևանի միջանցք»»։ Նա Tert.am-ի հետ զրույցում այս մասին ասաց՝ խոսելով Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիևի «Մեղրիի միջանցքի» վերաբերյալ վերջին հայտարարության մասին և նկատելով՝ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը մեկ անգամ չէ հայտարարել, որ «Մեղրիի միջանցքի» մասին ադրբեջանական կողմի հետ քննարկումներ կան։

«Նոյեմբերի 10-ի կապիտուլյացիոն ակտի ստորագրումից հետո մեզ համար ամենացավոտ, նուրբ կետերից է գերիների վերադարձը։ Մինչև այդ հարցի լուծումը ես չեմ հասկանում, թե ինչի մասին են ցանկանում բանակցել։ Հիմա, երբ այսքան զոհերից հետո մեր վերքը թարմ է, ես չեմ պատկերացնում, թեկուզ բարոյական հարթության վրա, ինչպե՞ս կարելի է բանակցել տնտեսական ոլորտում համագործակցության մասին»,- ասաց նա։

Հիշեցնենք, որ Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիևը հայտարարել էր, որ հայկական կողմն ուսումնասիրում է «Զանգեզուրի միջանցքի անխուսափելիության հետ կապված հարցերը»: Minval.az-ի փոխանցմամբ՝ այս մասին նա խոսել է կիրակի՝ ընդունելով Թուրքիայի տրանսպորտի և ենթակառուցվածքների նախարարի գլխավորած պատվիրակությանը:

«Պատերազմի ավարտից հետո առաջին փուլում Հայաստանը դեմ էր հանդես գալիս այս հարցին: Սակայն վերջերս ինձ տեղեկացրել են, որ հայկական կողմը պատշաճ կերպով ուսումնասիրում է այդ միջանցքի անխուսափելիության հետ կապված հարցերը: Ինչպես գիտեք, քննարկումներն այժմ ընթանում են եռակողմ ձևաչափով: Այդ հարցը քննարկվում է Ադրբեջանի, Հայաստանի և Ռուսաստանի փոխվարչապետների մակարդակով աշխատանքային խմբի շրջանակում»,- ասել է Ալիևը:  

Մխիթար Զաքարյանի խոսքով՝ տնտեսական հարցերի շուրջ կարելի է քննարկել, երբ մեր պետությունը լիարժեք գործող լինի, այլ ոչ թե այն վիճակում, որում հիմա է գտնվում։ «Երբ կազմակերպված պետություն լինի, որն ի վիճակի կլինի իր շահերը պաշտպանելու, և՛ երկրի ներսում, և՛ արտաքին աշխարհում կարողանա պատշաճ կերպով ներկայացնել, այդ բոլոր հարցերը քննարկելի կլինեն։ Իմ խոսքերը կոմունիկացիաների բացման մասին են, իհարկե, և ոչ թե միջանցքի գոյության։ Եթե «միջանցքը» ենթադրում է մեր պետության տարածքով, առանց մեր պետության մասնակցության որևիցե քայլ, դա ոչ միայն կապիտուլյացիա կլինի, այլ նաև մեր սուվերենության վերջը։ Դա արդեն հողի հանձնում է, սուվերենության հանձնում «կիրթ» հարևանին»,- ասաց նա։

Մեղրիի համայնքապետը նշեց, որ իր համայնքի բնակիչների մեծամասնությունը համաձայն է իր մտքերի հետ։ «Նաև հակառակը, իմ տեսակետն էլ է հիմնված  բնակչության մեծամասնության կարծիքի վրա։ Իհարկե, չեմ հաշվում «Նիկոլի ֆան կլուբի» անդամներին, որոնց համար ինչ էլ լինի, Նիկոլը ճիշտ է»,- ասաց նա։
