Այվազյանին 2-րդ անգամ պաշտոնից ազատելու առաջարկը նախագահը ստացել է վարչապետի պաշտոնն ապօրինի զբաղեցնողից, նա գիտակցված խախտել է Սահմանադրությունը և այն օրենքը,որին հղում է անում հրամանագրում. Ղազարյան

Հայ ժողովրդի ամենամեծ թշնամու՝ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի հետ տարբեր հարցերով ենթադրյալ հանցախմբին անդամագրված Հանրապետության նախագահ Արմեն Սարգսյանը, հավանաբար կատարելով ենթադրյալ հանցախմբի պարագլխի հանձնարարությունները, 2021 թվականի մայիսի 31-ին որոշել է նոր հրամանագրով համալրել իր իրավական խայտառակությունների հավաքածուն։ Արմեն Սարգսյանը ստորագրել է թիվ ՆՀ-115-Ա հրամանագիրը՝ «Արտաքին գործերի նախարարի պաշտոնակատար Արա Այվազյանին պաշտոնից ազատելու մասին»։ Այս մասին ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրել է ՍԴ աշխատակազմի նախկին ղեկավար Էդգար Ղազարյանը:

«Հանրապետության նախագահը, փաստորեն, մոռացել է, որ 2021 թվականի ապրիլի 25-ին ինքը ստորագրել է «Կառավարության հրաժարականն ընդունելու մասին» թիվ ՆՀ-80-Ա հրամանագիրը, որով վարչապետը և կառավարության անդամներն ազատվել են զբաղեցրած պաշտոններից։ Այդ պահից Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն իրավունք չուներ կատարելու վարչապետի լիազորությունները, քանի որ հրաժարական էր ներկայացրել, իսկ կառավարության մյուս անդամները, ազատված լինելով պաշտոնից, կատարում են ժամանակավոր պարտականություններ։

Հատկանշական է, որ նախագահը չի օգտվել Սահմանադրական դատարան դիմելու իր իրավունքից, ինչը կարող էր առիթ հանդիսանալ նաև Սահմանադրական դատարանում քննարկելու հրաժարականից հետո վաչապետի պաշտոնավարման սահմանադրականության հարցը, քանզի Արա Այվազյանին երկրորդ անգամ պաշտոնից ազատելու առաջարկությունը նախագահը ստացել է վարչապետի պաշտոնն ապօրինի զբաղեցնող անձից։ Փաստորեն, Հանրապետության նախագահը գիտակցված կերպով խախտել է Սահմանադրությունը և այն օրենքը, որին հղում է անում իր իսկ ստորագրած հրամանագրում։
Հ․Գ․ Ի դեպ Հանրապետության նախագահի կայքից անհետացել են մինչ այդմ տեղադրված մայիսի 14-ի հրամանագրերը, որոնցից մեկով նա պետական պարգև էր շնորհել նաև ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարարի ժամանակավոր պաշտոնակատարին՝ հրամանագրում նրա պաշտոնը նշելով «Առողջապահության նախարար»»,- գրել է Ղազարյանը:
