ՀՀ Արդարադատության նախարարությունը համաձայնվել է Պերմյակովին արտահանձնել Ռուսաստանին. Interfax

ՀՀ Արդարադատության նախարարությունը քննարկում է Ավետիսյանների ընտանիքին սպանած Գյումրու ռազմաբազայի զինծառայող Վալերի Պերմյակովին ռուսական իշխանություններին արտահանձնելու հարցը։ Այդ մասին Interfax գործակալությանը հայտնել են ՀՀ ԱՆ-ից։ 

«Վալերի Պերմյակովը դատապարտվել է հայկական և ռուսական դատարանների կողմից։ Ներկա պահին քննարկվում է նրա պատժի կրման վայրի տեղափոխումը կազմակերպելու հարցը։ 

Իր հերթին, Պերմյակովի փաստաբան Էդուարդ Աղաջանյանը հայտնել է գործակալությանը, որ «տեսականորեն՝ Պերմյակովը կարող է ուղարկվել Ռուսաստան»։ 

Նախարարությունում նաև հերքել են ԶԼՄ-ների տարածած լուրերն այն մասին, թե փոխանակում է կատարվելու ՌԴ-ում ազատազրկում անցկացնող, ողբերգական ավտովթարի մեջ մեղադրվող Հրաչյա Հարությունյանի հետ։ 

Հիշեցնենք, որ ՌԴ Ռազմական դատարանը 2015 թ-ի օգոստոսի 12-ին մեղավոր է ճանաչել Վալերի Պերմյակովին դասալքման, զենքի գողացման, նրա անօրինական պահման մեջ` «մոռանալով» Գյումրիի բնակիչներ՝ Ավետիսյանների ընտանիքի 7 անդամներին սպանելու փաստը և դատապարտել է ընդամենը 10 տարի ազատազրկման։ 

Նույն թավականի օգոստոսի 23-ին հայկական դատարանը Պերմյակովին դատապարտել է ցմահ ազատազրկման։
