Суд закрыл позорную страницу: арест Патрона Даво накануне новой эскалации был абсурдным

Несколько дней назад было раскрыто одно из самых скандальных уголовных дел последнего времени, освобожден Давид Галстян, известный как Патрон Давид, этим решением армянский суд закрыл страницу искусственного навязывания виновных в поражении за 44 дневную войну.
 
Фактически, этот период был хорошей возможностью для общественности поискать в поисковых системах и найти подробности деятельности этой теневой фигуры. Теневая, потому что бизнесмен, занимающийся поставками оружия, не является публичной фигурой, а торговля оружием - не шоу-бизнес. Хотя власти Армении сделали все, чтобы превратить ситуацию в шоу. Для Армении, находящейся на пороге новой войны, важно, чтобы такие люди, как Давид Галстян, не задерживались по несправедливым обвинениям, а имели возможность действовать свободно, возобновлять связи и восстанавливать утерянные в результате войны запасы оружия и боеприпасов.
 
Напомним, речь идет о человеке, который, по сообщениям СМИ, во время войны на собственные средства приобрел два самолета ИЛ-76 и организовал круглосуточную транспортировку оружия и боеприпасов со своей командой. Кстати, речь идет не о купле-продаже оружия, а об организации перевозки через более 180 рейсов. Даже президент Азербайджана Ильхам Алиев сослался на Давида Галстяна, отметив, что он закупил оружие и боеприпасы в России и перевез их в Армению. Президент Азербайджана назвал это преступлением, а точнее - "контрабандой". Такая реакция лидера враждебной страны, наверное, была естественна сама по себе. Было неестественно, что на той же линии были нынешние власти Армении, которые в условиях абсурдности обвинения продолжали задерживать бизнесмена, который все еще может принести большую пользу в повышении обороноспособности Армении.
