Ազգային ժողովը մայիսի 27-ին երկրորդ ընթերցմամբ և ամբողջությամբ ընդունել է Օտարերկրացիների, Պետական տուրքի և Սոցիալական աջակցության մասին ՀՀ  օրենքների, ինչպես նաև Վարչական իրավախախտումների և ՀՀ աշխատանքային օրենսգրքերում փոփոխությունների փաթեթը։

Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ տարածքային կառավարման և զարգացման նախարարության Միգրացիոն ծառայությունից, այդպիսով, հնարավորություն է ստեղծվում  ունենալ  ՀՀ ժամանող աշխատանքային միգրանտների ամբողջական պատկերը, ինչը կարևոր  է ինչպես անկանոն  միգրացիայի կանխարգելման, այնպես  էլ  այդ  անձանց իրավունքների պաշտպանության տեսանկյունից։

ստեղծվում է օտարերկրյա աշխատողների գրանցման միասնական էլեկտրոնային հարթակ,  որը հնարավորություն է տալու  միաժամանակյա հասանելիություն ապահովել   աշխատանքի թույլտվության գործընթացում ներառված  բոլոր պետական մարմինների  համար, կրճատելով  գործընթացի  վրա ծախսվող  ժամանակը  և բարելավելով վարչարարությունը,

պարզեցվում  է աշխատանքի թույլտվության  տրամադրման  ընթացակարգը։ Ներկայումս  աշխատանքի թույլտվությունը տրամադրվում  է  գործատուին, իսկ  դրա հիման վրա արդեն աշխատողը ստանում  է  կացության  կարգավիճակ։ Առաջարկվող կարգով աշխատանքի թույլտվությունը  իրենից  ներկայացնելու  է  էլեկտրոնային հարթակում տրվող հաստատում, որի հիմքով օտարերկրացին ստանալու է ժամանակավոր կացության կարգավիճակ։ Արդյունքում կրճատվում  է   վարչարարությունը, թեթևանում թե՛ գործատուի և թե՛ օտարերկրացու բեռը,

հստակեցվում է ԵԱՏՄ մասին պայմանագրով նախատեսված ԵԱՏՄ անդամ պետությունների քաղաքացիների աշխատանքային գործունեությունը կարգավորող նորմերի կիրարկումը,

հստակեցվում  են     աշխատանքի  թույտվության  տրամադրելու հարցում պետական լիազոր մարմնի, ինչպես  նաև  գործընթացում ներառված  մյուս   մարմինների   գործառույթները,
