Այլևս հնարավոր չէ նախկիններին մեղադրել, որ պատերազմից 7 ամից անց ՀՀ սահմանը չի սպառազինվել, և հիմա տեղի է ունենում հերթական ներկայացումը՝ «ՀԱՊԿ-ն է մեղավոր սահմանի քաոսի համար» խորագրով․ Մ․Մինասյան

Սուրբ Աթոռում ՀՀ նախկին դեսպան Միքայել Մինասյանն այսօր Տելեգրամի իր ալիքում գրառում է արել՝ անդրադառնալով Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի՝ ԱԺ ամբիոնից ունեցած այսօրվա ելույթին, որտեղ նա նշել էր, թե իրենց չի գոհացնում ՀԱՊԿ-ի գործողությունների արագությունը։

Մինասյանի գրառումը ներկայացնում ենք ստորև․

«Նիկոլը հասարակությանը կերակրել է այն թեզով, որ պարտության մեջ մեղավոր են նախկինները: Նրա աղանդի անդամները, փնթփնթալով, կուլ են տվել այս միտքը, մյուսները՝ ոչ: Եվ ես դրանում զարմանալի բան չեմ տեսնում. մենք շատ հաճախ ականատես ենք եղել, թե ինչպես են Նիկոլի կողմնակիցները տուրք տալիս ամենաանհեթեթ արդարացումներին:

Բայց հենց այս պահին տեղի է ունենում հերթական ներկայացումը`«ՀԱՊԿ-ն է մեղավոր սահմանի քաոսի համար» խորագրով: Եվ ցանկացած ողջամիտ մարդու համար այս գործողությունը ժպիտ է առաջացնում:

Այլևս հնարավոր չէ մեղադրել նախկիններին այն բանի համար, որ պատերազմի ավարտից անցած 7 ամիսների ընթացքում Հայաստանի սահմանը չի սպառազինվել, նախկինները չեն ստորագրել կապիտուլյացիա, նախկինները չգիտեն, թե ինչ սահմաններ է Նիկոլը խոստացել Ալիևին: Նիկոլը պետք է կառուցեր սահմանը, և նա, խորհրդարանում պատասխանելով իր խմբակցությունը լքած պատգամավորի հարցին, ասել է, որ սահմանը ճիշտ է կառուցվում, և որ հասարակությունը, և նաև այս պատգամավորը, չպետք է տեղյակ լինեն սահմանի կառուցման գործընթացի մասին:

Երբ պարզվել է, որ սահմանը լավ կառուցված չէ,  ադրբեջանական զորքերը գտնվում են Հայաստանի ինքնիշխան տարածքում և սպանում են հայ զինծառայողներին, Նիկոլը որոշել է մեղավոր ճանաչել ՀԱՊԿ-ին: Բայց բոլորս հիշում ենք, որ հենց Նիկոլն է դարձել  Հայաստանի այն ղեկավարը, որն իր իշխանության հենց սկզբում վիրավորել է ՀԱՊԿ-ին ՝ մեղադրանքներ առաջադրելով Յուրի Խաչատուրովին, որն այդ ժամանակ այդ կազմակերպության գլխավոր քարտուղարն էր: Նիկոլն էր, որ թույլ չէր տալիս Ստանիսլավ Զասին զբաղեցնել ՀԱՊԿ գլխավոր քարտուղարի պաշտոնը, մինչև արդեն պաշտոնանկ եղած Յուրի Խաչատուրովի լիազորությունների ժամկետի լրանալը:

Զարմանալի չէ, որ արդարացնելու համար իր հանցավոր անգործությունը, Նիկոլը, սովորության համաձայն, միացրել է գժին: Նա այսօր հնչեցրած անհեթեթության հոսքի մեջ, ի միջի այլոց, ասել է, որ չի պատրաստվում ռազմական դրություն հայտարարել: Նիկոլը ամիսներ շարունակ չէր վերացնում ռազմական դրությունը՝ հույս ունենալով այն օգտագործել հակառակորդներին լռեցնելու համար, իսկ այժմ, երբ Հայաստանի ինքնիշխան տարածքում տեղակայված ադրբեջանական զորքերը ամեն օր առաջ են գնում և սպանում են հայ զինծառայողներին, նա չի պատրաստվում ռազմական դրություն մտցնել, բայց նա նաև ի վիճակի չէ լուծել այս հարցը: Ռազմական դրությունը կներդրվի միայն այն դեպքում, երբ Նիկոլը գիտակցի, որ ընտրություններն իր համար ձեռնտու չեն, և դրանք պետք է չեղյալ հայտարարվեն:
