ԵՄ-ն պահանջում է տուգանել AstraZeneca ընկերությանը` պատվաստանյութի մատակարարումներն ուշացնելու համար

Եվրամիությունը պահանջում է խոշոր տուգանք սահմանել անգլո-շվեդական AstraZeneca ընկերության նկատմամբ` պայմանավորված  ԵՄ անդամ երկրներին պատվաստանյութի մատակարարումների ձգձգմամբ:

Ինչպես հաղորդում է Reuters գործակալությունը` հղում անելով ԵՄ ներկայացուցչին, ԵՄ իրավաբանը մայիսի 26-ին դիմել է բելգիական դատարան` պահանջելով խոշոր չափի տուգանք սահմանել AstraZeneca-ի դեմ` պատվաստանյութի մատակարարման մասին պայամանգիրը խախտելու համար:

Միևնույն ժամանակ նշվում է, որ Եվրամիությունը ցանկանում է 10 եվրո ստանալ յուրաքանչյուր դեղաչափի մատակարարման ուշացման ամեն մի օրվա համար` որպես փոխհատուցում պայմանագրի պայմանները չկատարելու համար: Բացի այդ, Եվրամիությունը նաև 10 մլն եվրո է պահանջում` որպես պատժամիջոց համաձայնագրի յուրաքանչյուր խախտման համար, որը կարող է որոշել դատավորը:

Ակնկալվում է, որ որոշումը կկայացվի հաջորդ ամիս: Եվրահանձնաժողովը դատական հայց էր ներկայացրել ապրիլին: Այս տարվա առաջին եռամսյակում պայմանագրով նախատեսված 120 մլն չափաբաժնից ԵՄ մատակարարվել է միայն 40 մլն-ը: Դա հանգեցրել է ԵՄ մի շարք երկրներում պատվաստումների արշավի ժամկետի խախտումների:

Մայիսի 11-ին Եվրահանձնաժողովի ներկայացուցիչը հայտնել էր, որ դատարանում պահանջում է ընկերությանը պարտավորեցնել 300 մլն չափաբաժին պատվաստանյութ մատակարարել ԵՄ, որից 90 մլն-ն` անհապաղ կարգով:
