Մոսկվա-Բաքու գրոհը Հայաստանի դեմ սաստկանում է. Նոր հրահանգ Կրեմլից

Լավրովի Երեւան ու Բաքու կատարած այցերին հետեւեց Բաքվի զինված ներխուժումը «ՀԱՊԿ կանոնադրական տարածք», իսկ երեկվա «եղբայրական ծամածռություններից» հետո Բաքուն արդեն կրակեց եւ սպանեց հայ զինծառայողի, փորձելով առաջանալ ՀՀ խորք:

Մոսկվան սաստկացնում է ընդհանուր գրոհը իր պրոքսի-գործիքի՝ Բաքվի միջոցով: Բաքվի ներխուժումների ուղղությունները համընկնում են Հայաստանի մասնատման Լավրովի ընդլայնված պլանին: Լրագիրը հետեւողական անդրադառնում է դրան, այդ թվում՝ ծրագրի իրականացման տեխնոլոգիային: Ընտրվել է լարվածության օջախների առաջացումը եւ դրանց հետագա ռուսական «խաղաղացումը»: Օջախների շուրջ տեղակայվող հենակետերը կազմելու են Արարատից դեպի Վայոց ձոր, այնուհետեւ Սյունիք, Գեղարքունիք եւ Տավուշ ձգվող ռուսական ճակատային գիծը:

Սահմանազատման, կապուղիների ապաշրջափակման քողի տակ իրականացվում է արտաքին աշխարհից Հայաստանի մեկուսացումը, հաղորդակցությունների ու տնտեսության վերահսկողությունը, բանակի ենթարկումը, հանրության հավաքական հոգեբանության խեղումը ներքին ռուսանպաստ ու արտաքին սանձարձակ քարոզչությամբ: Վերջին օրերին հայկական բանակում կտրուկ ավելացել է մահացու ելքով միջադեպերի քանակը, ինչն անկասկած պատահական չէ: Աղերսներ են առաջանում 1920-ի ամռանը բոլշեւիկյան ագենտուրայի հայկական բանակը կազմալուծող գործողությունների հետ:

Մոսկվան ու Բաքուն շտապում են՝ Հայաստանի շահերի շուրջ միջազգային աճող պահանջների եւ Արցախի խնդիրը Մինսկի խմբի ձեւաչափում լուծելու պնդումների, եռակողմ հայտարարությունները չընդունելու ֆոնին: Այսօրվա գրոհը Շորժայի ուղղությամբ տեղի ունեցավ այն բանից հետո, երբ Հայաստան ժամանեց Իրանի պատվիրակությունը եւ Երեւանին առաջարկներ արեց Հյուսիս-հարավ նախագծի, մայրուղու կառուցման եւ հարավում համատեղ ծրագրերի մասին:

Հայաստանի դեմ իրականացվող պատերազմական գործողություններին զուգահեռ, ռուսական քաղաքականությունն արդարացնելու քարոզչական թեզերն ավելի ու ավելի անհեթեթ են դառնում: Եռակողմ հերթական փաստաթղթի կապակցությամբ Կրեմլի խոսնակի նյարդային «սլիվից» հետո նոր թեզ է դրվել շրջանառության մեջ, որի էությունն այն է, իբր Փաշինյան-Ալիեւ պայմանավորվածությունները փաստի առաջ են դնում Ռուսաստանին, որ Ռուսաստանը գործում է Հայաստանի կառավարության որոշումների շրջանակում: Այսինքն, Ռուսաստանի նախագահ Պուտինը չէ, որ գրել է եռակողմ հայտարարությունները, նա չէ ճնշել ՀՀ ղեկավարությանը, կապ չունի հետպատերազմյա «կարգավորումների» հետ, ստիպված Ռուսաստանի շահերի ու իր պլանների դեմ է գնում եւ այլն, եւ այլն: Եւ սա այն դեպքում, երբ ՌԴ առաջին դեմքերն են Բաքվին երաշխավորում «ադրբեջանին» Արցախի պատկանելության անփոփոխությունը, Հայաստանի սահմանների անպաշտպանությունը եւ այլ բոնուսներ:

ՀՀ ԱԺ նախագահը կոչ է անում համբերատար սպասել ՀԱՊԿ խորհրդակցություններին ու լավատես լինել, ՀՀ նախագահը միջազգային հանրությունից պահանջում է ավելի կոշտ լինել Բաքվի դեմ, Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը 100 տոկոս հայանպաստ թղթերից է խոսում: Իսկ ի՞նչն է խանգարում դիմել ՄԱԿ ԱԽ, ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խումբ: Իսկ Ռուսաստանի՞ն ինչն է խանգարում, որպես ՄԱԿ ԱԽ մշտական անդամ, Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահ եւ Հայաստանի հանդեպ պայմանագրային հստակ պարտավորություն ունեցող երկիր, խնդիրները տեղափոխել այդ ատյաններ, եթե չի կարողանում դիմակայել Նիկոլի ու Ալիեւի «սեպարատ» առասպելական նախաձեռնություններին:
