Արմեն Գևորգյանի գրառումն այն մասին, որ իշխանությունները բացահայտ շանտաժի են ենթարկում համայնքների ղեկավարներին և բիզնեսի ներկայացուցիչներին, նոր քրեական գործեր են հարուցվում, բոլորից պահանջվում է ենթարկվել իշխանությունների կամքին, խիստ անհանգստացրել է Դատախազությանը։ Պատասխանը չի հապաղել։ Այս մասին գրում է «Այլընտրանքային նախագծեր» խմբի անդամ Էլինար Վարդանյանը:

«Քմահաճույք, թե քաղաքական պատվեր

Արմեն Գևորգյանի գրառումն այն մասին, որ իշխանությունները բացահայտ շանտաժի են ենթարկում համայնքների ղեկավարներին և բիզնեսի ներկայացուցիչներին, նոր քրեական գործեր են հարուցվում, բոլորից պահանջվում է ենթարկվել իշխանությունների կամքին, խիստ անհանգստացրել է Դատախազությանը։ Պատասխանը չի հապաղել։

Դատախազությունը որոշել է դասախոսություն հիշեցնող նկատառումներ անել և հիշեցնել, որ քրեական գործերը հարուցվում են կոնկրետ հանցագործության դեպքերի առթիվ՝ համապատասխան կոնկերտ օրինական առիթների և հիմքերի առկայությամբ, և որ քրեական վարույթները հարուցումը քմահաճույք չէ, որպեսզի օգտագործվի քաղաքական, հանցավոր նպատակներով։

Իրո՞ք։ Դուք որ երեք տարի է քաղաքական պատվերների շրջանակներում հարուցել եք բազմաթիվ քրեական գործեր, դուք, որ առաջնորդվել եք ձեր վարչապետի կամակորություններով, հիմա ուզում եք համոզել, որ քրեական գործերի հարուցումը քմահաճույք չէ, որ օգտագործվի քաղաքական նպատակով։ Բա այս երեք տարին ոնց էիք տրվում քմահաճույքին։ Իսկ պատերազմի մեղավորներին չբացահայտելը, մարտի 1-ի գործով Արցախը ազատագրածներին մեկուսացնելը, որ հետո Շուշին և Հադրութը հանձնեն, քմահաճո՞ւյք է, թե քաղաքական նպատակ։ Դուք դեռ երես ունեք այսպիսի հայտարարություններով հանդես գալու։

 

Եթե քրեական գործերը հարուցվում են կոնկրետ օրինական հիմքերի և առիթների առկայությամբ, ապա ինչպես կբացատրեք որ քրեական գործերը հարուցվում են կամ հարուցված և տարիներով ձգձգվող քրեական գործերի մասին հիշում են համայնքների այն ղեկավարների նկատմամբ, որոնք պահանջում են ձեր վերչապետի ժ/պ-ի հրաժարականը, պայքարում են երկիրը փրկելու համար։ Միայն չասեք, թե հիմա ավելի արդյունավետ եք աշխատում։

Եվ վերջում՝ մանիպուլյատիվ էֆեկտով տոտալ վախի մթնոլորտի առկայության պատրանք ստեղծելու փորձի մասին խոսելիս, սլաքներն այլ կողմ ուղղեք. մանիպուլյացիան ձեզ հայտնի այլ գործիչներին է բնորոշ»։
