Կրթության նոր որակ՝ Հայաստանում. «Մոնտեսսորի» մեթոդաբանության ներդրողները պատրաստ են փորձով կիսվել պետական բոլոր մանկապարտեզների հետ

Երեխայի տարիքային առանձնահատկություններ, ծանոթացում Մոնտեսսորի մեթոդաբանությանը: Այս ամենը ներկայացվել է Հայաստանի Մոնտեսսորի Ասոցիացիայի կազմակերպած կոնֆերանսի ժամանակ, որը նվիրված էր «Վիլլա Մոնտեսսորի» կենտրոնի գործունեությանը:

Կենտրոնի հիմնադիր ու ասոցիացիայի նախագահ Նոնա Վանեցյանը կոնֆերանսի ժամանակ նշեց, որ իր երեխաների համար մանկապարտեզներ փնտրելիս միշտ բախվում էր տարբեր խնդիրների:

«Չնայած մեծ տղաս հաճախել է շատ լավ պետական մանկապարտեզ, որտեղ սովորել և ստացել է շատ լավ գիտելիքներ, բայց էլ ավելին ուզելու համար փորձեցի ստեղծել մանկական կենտրոն, և ամենագլխավոր պատճառը՝ ուզում էի այնտեղ տեսնել երջանիկ երեխայի, երեխա, որն ուզում է գալ մանկապարտեզ, և չի ուզում գնալ տուն կամ գնալով ուրախ է, որ հաջորդ օրը վերադառնալու է: Այս մեթոդաբանությունն ինձ շատ օգնեց այդ երևույթը տեսնելու համար: Երբ մեր երեխաներն առավոտյան գալիս են, երբ իրենց դիմավորում են իրենց մանկավարժները, երևի 50-ից 1-ն է մի քիչ հուզված, տխուր, այն էլ՝ միայն նրա համար, որ նոր է ընդունվել: Մեծ մասամբ նրանք երեկոյան արդեն խնդրում են մի քիչ ավելի մնալ, ծնողներին սպասեցնում են: Չնայած իմ տղան պետական մանկապարտեզից էլ էր այդպես տուն գալիս»,- ասաց նա:

Նշենք նաև, որ պետական բոլոր մանկապարտեզների մանկավարժների մասնակցությունը կոնֆերանսին անվճար է եղել:

Նոնա Վանեցյանի խոսքով՝ հրավիրել է պետական մանկապարտեզների մանավարժներին ու տնօրեններին, քանի որ, իր կարծիքով, մանկավարժների և ծնողների աշխատանքն է, որ այսօր Հայաստանում տալիս է լավ արդյունք, որովհետև այդ աշխատանք ունի մեթոդաբանություն:

«Երեխայի կյանքում կարևորը կայունությունն է, երբ գիտի՝ այսօր եկել է, ինչ է իր հետ տեղի ունենալու, մինչև վերջ ինչ է լինելու, որ ժամին է քնելու, որ ժամին է ուտելու»,- ասաց Նոնա Վանեցյանը:

Հիմնադրի խոսքով՝ «Մոնտեսսորի» մեթոդաբանության մեջ կա հետևյալ սկզբունքը՝ այլ կերպ շփվել երխայի հետ, այլ բան առաջարկել նրան, որպեսզի նա ավելի բավարարված իրեն զգա, ավելի կարևոր իրեն զգա, հասկանա, որ կարող է որոշում կայացնել:

«Դա դժվար չէ իրականացնել պետական մանկապարտեզներում, սիրով պատրաստ եմ գործակցել բոլոր մանկապարտեզների հետ, բացատրել այն գիտելիքը, որը ստացել ենք, ներկայացնել, եթե ցանկանաք, գործածել այդ գիտելիքը, որովհետև, այդպիսով, շատ երեխաներ կկարողանան օգտվել այդ գիտելիքից»,- ասաց Վանեցյանը:

Կոնֆերանսին ներկա մանկավարժական գիտությունների դոկտոր, պրոֆեսոր, Մոնտեսսորի-ուսուցիչ Կոնստանտին Սումնիտելին ներկայացրեց Ֆիզիոլոգիայի ինստիտուտի անցկացրած ուսումնասիրության արդյունքները, որի համաձայն՝ Ռուսաստանի տարածում երեխայի ուղեղի զարգացման դանդաղում է նկատվել:

«Եթե նախկինում մոտ 6 տարեկանում ուղեղը ձևավորված էր, պատրաստ էր հաջորդ փուլ անցնելուն, ապա հիմա հետ է ընկել 1 տարով: Բավականին շատ է: Սա նշանակում է, որ երեխային, 6 տարեկանում տանելով դպրոց, որտեղ պայմանները լրիվ այլ են, բախվում են խնդրի՝ երեխան ֆիզիլոգիապես պատրաստ չէ դրան»,-ասաց Կոնստանտին Սումնեիտիլին:

«Մոնտեսսորի» կենտրոնի գործունեության համար ընտրված է իտալացի բժիշկ, հոգեբան, մանկավարժ Մարիա Մոնտեսսորիի մեթոդաբանությունը: Այս մեթոդաբանությունն այն դաստիարակչական համակարգերից է, որն ընդգրկում է երեխայի անհատականության բոլոր կողմերը: Այն ներառում է երեխայի զգացմունքային, խոսակցական և ինտելեկտուալ զարգացումները: Այս համակարգը հիմնված է երեխաների ֆիզիոլոգիական և հոգեբանական զարգացման վրա՝ հաշվի առնելով տարիքային բոլոր առանձնահատկությունները:
