Էքսպրես գյուղատնտեսական վարկեր ՎՏԲ-Հայաստան Բանկից` պետական ծրագրի շրջանակներում

ՎՏԲ-Հայաստան Բանկը, լինելով պետական ​​ծրագրերի ֆինանսավորման ոլորտում առաջատարներից մեկը, շարունակում է իր ակտիվ մասնակցությունը երկրի տնտեսական զարգացմանն ուղղված ՀՀ կառավարության նախաձեռնություններում, այդ թվում` գյուղատնտեսության աջակցության ոլորտում:

Շարունակելով գյուղատնտեսության ոլորտին սուբսիդավորման պետական ծրագրի շրջանակներում միկրովարկերի տրամադրման միջոցառումները` ՎՏԲ-Հայաստան Բանկը մեկնարկում է «Էքսպրես գյուղատնտեսական վարկավորում» ակցիան, որի հիմնական նպատակը վարկերի տոկոսադրույքների սուբսիդավորման միջոցով գյուղատնտեսության զարգացման օժանդակումն է և տնտեսվարողների հնարավորությունների ընդլայնումը: Վարկերը տրամադրվում են հիմնական և շրջանառու միջոցների համալրման, ինչպես նաև ընթացիկ ծախսերի իրականացման նպատակով:

Ակցիայի գործողության ընթացքում՝ ամիսը մեկ անգամ, Բանկը կընտրի ակցիայի հնարավոր մասնակիցներին, ովքեր նախկինում օգտվել են ՎՏԲ-Հայաստան Բանկի կողմից տրամադրվող գյուղատնտեսական նշանակության որևէ պրոդուկտից և/կամ ունեն գործող գյուղատնտեսական վարկ և չեն ունեցել վճարումների էական ուշացումներ: Այս հաճախորդները հնարավորություն կստանան գյուղատնտեսական վարկ ստանալ առանց գործունեության ֆինանսական վերլուծության և ժամանակի հավելյալ կորստի: Հաճախորդները, ովքեր չեն ընդգրկվել մասնակիցների ցանկում, կարող են օգտվել միկրովարկից՝ ֆինանսական վերլուծության անցկացմամբ:

Գյուղատնտեսական վարկերը վարկառուներին հասանելի են տարեկան 12,28% տոկոսադրույքով (փաստացի տոկոսադրույքը՝ 13%), 6 ամսից մինչև 2 տարի մարման ժամկետով, վարկի գումարը՝  300 հազարից մինչև 1 մլն ՀՀ դրամ: Վարկի մարումը կատարվում է անուիտետային վճարումներով, այդ թվում, առաջին 6 ամիսների ընթացքում կատարվում են միայն տոկոսագումարի վճարումներ: Վարկի վաղաժամկետ մարման դեպքում տուգանքներ չեն կիրառվում:

Գյուղատնտեսական վարկերը տրամադրվում են ֆիզիկական և իրավաբանական անձանց, անհատ ձեռնարկատերերի, ովքեր հանդիսանում են ՀՀ ռեզիդենտ և զբաղվում են գյուղատնտեսական գործունեությամբ:

ՎՏԲ-Հայաստան Բանկն ակտիվորեն ընդլայնում է իր վարկային պրոդուկտների շարքը՝ ֆիզիկական և իրավաբանական անձանց առաջարկելով գյուղատնտեսական վարկերի տրամադրման շահավետ պայմաններ: Հաճախորդները կարող են օգտվել գյուղատնտեսական վարկավորման մի շարք պրոդուկտներից՝ կարկտապաշտպան ցանցերի ներդրման, ինտենսիվ խաղողի այգիներ և հատապտղանոցներ հիմնելու, տոհմային ոչխարների և այծերի բուծման, գյուղատնտեսական հումքի պահեստավորման և ջերմոցային տնտեսությունների զարգացման նպատակով:
