Փաստաթղթում խոսք չկա «վիճելի շրջանների» կամ Հայաստանի կողմից որևէ տարածքի հանձնման մասին. ԱԽ քարտուղարը՝ հայ-ադրբեջանական սահմանի վերաբերյալ փաստաթղթի մասին. ՌԲԿ

ՀՀ Անվտանգության խորհրդի քարտուղար Արմեն Գրիգորյանը РБК գործակալությանը տված հարցազրույցում մանրամասներ է ներկայացրել հայ-ադրբեջանական սահմանի դելիմիտացիայի և դեմարկացիայի վերաբերյալ եռակողմ փաստաթղթի վերաբերյալ:

«Ինչ վերաբերում է փաստաթղթին, ապա խոսքը սահմանագծման և սահմանազատման հարցերով երեք առանձին ազգային պատվիրակության ստեղծման, դրանց կազմերի և կայանալիք նիստի ամսաթվի մասին է: Կարևոր եմ համարում արձանագրել հետևյալը. փաստաթղթում հատուկ ընդգծվում է, որ դրանով նախատեսված բոլոր հարցերի պատշաճ կարգավորումը պետք է իրականացվի բացառապես քաղաքական և դիվանագիտական եղանակներով՝ եռակողմ հայտարարության համաձայն: Բնականաբար, վերոնշյալ փաստաթղթում խոսք չկա «վիճելի շրջանների» կամ Հայաստանի կողմից որևէ տարածքի հանձնման մասին»,- մեկնաբանել է Գրիգորյանը:

Վերջինիս խոսքով՝ հայկական կողմը քննարկում է իրավիճակի զարգացման տարբեր հնարավորություններ և սցենարներ: «Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունն ադեկվատ և միևնույն ժամանակ կշռադատված ու պատասխանատու լուծումներ կգտնի իրադարձությունների ցանկացած զարգացման դեպքում»,- ասել է պաշտոնյան՝ ընդգծելով, որ Ադրբեջանի ոստնձգությունը Սյունիքի և Գեղարքունիքի սահմանամերձ շրջանների հանդեպ խախտում է 2020 թվականի նոյեմբերի 9-ի և 2021 թվականի հունվարի 11-ի եռակողմ հայտարարությունները:

«Կարծում ենք, որ Հայաստանի Հանրապետության ինքնիշխան տարածքից ադրբեջանական զինված ուժերի ամբողջական դուրսբերման և կարգավորման համար դեռևս բոլոր մեխանիզմները չեն գործարկվել, բոլոր հնարավորությունները սպառված չեն: Գործընթացը շարունակվում է: Մենք բարձր ենք գնահատում Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության ջանքերն այդ ուղղությամբ»,- հավելել է Գրիգորյանը:
