Սուրբ Աթոռում ՀՀ նախկին դեսպան Միքայել Մինասյանը Տելեգրամի իր ալիքում հրապարակել է այն հայտարարության լուսանկարը, որը պատրաստվում է ստորագրել Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն Ալիևի հետ։

Փաստաթղթի մասին ավելի վաղ նա տեղեկացրել էր ֆեյսբուքյան իր գրառմամբ։

«Գերագույն սուտասանը հասցրել է նրան, որ Ալիևը ստիպում է նրան գրավոր հաստատել վերջնագրերին համաձայնությունը: Եվ մենք, նրան թույլ տալով նստած մնալ աթոռին, մեզ զրկել ենք ընտրությունից:
