Իշխանության անզորությունը

Կարճ ժամանակահատվածում երեք զոհ ունեցանք շփման գծում: Սա համազգային ողբերգություն է: Սակայն ցավն այն է, որ զոհ հասկացությունը մեզ համար դարձել է կենսաձևի մի բաղկացուցիչ: Ստացվել է այնպես, որ հասարակությունն արդեն պատրաստ է դրան, սակայն չի գիտակցում ողբերգության խորությունը և բավարավում է ֆեյսբուքյան մեկ-երկու գրառումներով: Հայաստանը շատ փոքր է, յուրաքանչյուր ընտանիքին պատուհասած դժբախտությունը սեփական չդարձնելու համար: Թալիշից Երևան տարածությունը մենք պատկերացնում ենք մի հսկա երկարություն: Իրականում այն շատ փոքր է, աշխարհի քարտեզին ̀ ընդհանրապես չերևացող: Անհասկանալի են այն մարդիկ, ովքեր կոչ են անում, թե պետք է հակահարված տալ ու մեկի փոխարեն սպանել տաս ադրբեջանցիների: Դա սահմանափակ մտածողության արգասիք է: Թեկուզ 100 ադրբեջանցու սպանությունը չի կարող վերադարձնել մեր 18-ամյա քաղաքացուն: Ապրելու, ստեղծելու, արարելու, սիրահարվելու ձգտում ունեցող անհատին, որի մահվանը մենք վերաբերվում ենք կարճ արտահայտությամբ ̀ սահմանին զինվոր է զոհվել: Իրականում այդ զինվորը մարդն է պետության բարձրագույն արժեքը: Այդ մարդն ունի անուն ազգանուն, ընտանիք, սիրող և իր կյանքով ապրող մարդիկ: Իհարկե, համաձայն ենք, որ հարկ եղած դեպքում պետք է հակահարված տալ:

Այստեղ էական չէ, թե քանի ադրբեջանցի կզոհվի, էական է այն, թե այդ հակահարվածը կզսպի հակառակորդի՞ն, որ էլ զոհեր չտանք: Եթե պետությունը և դրա գործիք ̀ իշխանությունն ի վիճակի չեն գնալու այդ հակահարվածին, իսկ այս պահին հաստատապես ի վիճակի չեն, ուրեմն մնում է երկրորդ տարբերակը ̀ գնալ հաշտության: Հաշտության գինն անգամ չի քննարկվում, քանի որ բազմիցս ներկայացվել է: Չի կարող լինել լուծում, որը կբավարարի երկու կողմերին էլ: Սակայն այս իշխանությունները, քաղաքականապես ու նաև նեղ անձնական եզրերից ելնելով, ի վիճակի չեն գնալու այդ քայլին: Նրանք հարցը շարունակաբար ձգելու են ̀ ինձանից հետո թեկուզ ջրհեղեղ կարգախոսով: Արդյու՞նքը: Արդյունքը կրելու է այն հասարակությունը, որը չգիտակցված մտնում է ազգ-բանակ չհիմնավորված կոնտեքստի մեջ ու առանց հասկանալու, որպես գաղափարական մամլիչի զոմբիներ, շարունակ արյուն է ուզելու: Եթե այդ հասարակությունը չգիտակցի այսօր, ապա վաղն արդեն, նրա գիտակցելը ոչ մեկին պետք չի գալու:
