Իմ քայլից հիասթափվածները կկանգնեն ԲՀԿ-ի կողքին․ քաղաքագետ

Այսօր հայտնի դարձավ, որ «Բարգավաճ Հայաստան» կուսակցության նախընտրական ցուցակի առաջին եռյակը գլխավորելու են Գագիկ Ծառուկյանը, Միքայել Մելքումյանը և Իվետա Տոնոյանը։ ԲՀԿ նախընտրական ցուցակի եռյակի և արտահերթ խորհրդարանական ընտրություններում ԲՀԿ-ի շանսերի մասին Slaq.am-ը զրուցել է քաղաքագետ Տիգրան Խաչատրյանի հետ։
 
Քաղաքագետի խոսքով ՝ ԲՀԿ-ի նախտընտրական ցուցակի եռյակը գլխավորում են հենց ԲՀԿ-ի դեմքեր, որոնց հասարակությունը միշտ դրական է վերաբերվել․ «Ինչ վերաբերում է կուսակցությանը, ապա սովորաբար այն հանդես է եկել իր ռեսուրսներով իշխանությանը զուգահեռ այլընտանքային երկրորդ բևեռ։ Այսօր էլ հաշվի առնելով ռուսուրսները՝ խորհրդարանում ԲՀԿ-ն շարունակում է հանդես գալ որպես երկրորդ ուժ»։
 
Տիգրան Խաչատրյանի կարծիքով՝ ԲՀԿ-ից է կախված, թե ինչպես կզարգանա Հայաստանում քաղաքական իրադարձությունները՝ կապված արտահերթ խորհրդրանական ընտրությունների հետ։
 
«ԲՀԿ-ն այն քիչ քաղաքական ուժերից է որո կայացրած որոշումները կարող են շրջադարձային լինել Հայաստանի քաղաքական կյանքում, ինչպես նաև արտաքին դաշտում» - ասաց քաղաքագետը՝ հավելելով, որ ԲՀԿ-ի շանսերը այս ընտրություններում մեծ է գնահատում այն առումով, որ ԲՀԿ-ն այն քիչ կուսակցություններից է, որ ունի կայուն ընտրազանգված, և այս ամբողջ ընթացքում ԲՀԿ-ն չի վարկաբեկվել՝ ի տարբերություն մյուս քաղաքական ուժերի։
 
«Հիմնական այն ընդդիմադիր ուժերը, որոնք արտահերթ խորհրդարանական ընտրություններին մասնակցության հայտ են ներկայացրել՝ հասարակության կողմից տարբեր ժամանակներում տարբեր ընկալումներ են ունեցել, իսկ Արցախյան վերջին պատերազմից հետո բավական մեծ է հիասթափվածների բանակը»,- ընդգծեց Տիգրան Խաչատրյանը։
 
Մեր այն հարցին, թե հասարակության այն զանգվածը, որոնք այս պահին հիասթափված են ստեղված իրավիճակից, այս ընտրություններում ում կտան իրենց վստահության քվեն՝ քաղաքագետն ասաց․ «Օրինակ՝ «Իմ քայլը» դաշինքը վերջին ժամանակշրջանում կորցրել է իր ընտրազանգվածի մեծ մասը, կարծում եմ, այդ մարդկանց մեծ մասն իր քվեն կտա ԲՀԿ-ին, քանի որ ԲՀԿ-ն թե՛ իր խոստումներում, թե՛ քաղաքական դաշտում միշտ կայուն դիրք է զբաղեցրել։ ԲՀԿ-ի շանսերը այս ընտրություններում ավելի մեծ եմ համարում, քան հայտ ներկայացրած մյուս կուսակցություններինը»,- եզրափակեց քաղաքագետը։
