Հակահարվածը կլինի կործանարար. ԱԱԾ պահեստազորի սպաների միություն

Առաջիկա ընտրություններում ընտրազանգվածի համակրանքը շահելու, ձայները ստանալու նպատակով իշխող քաղաքական ուժը չի խորշում պետական լծակներից տիրապետելու հնարավորություններից օգտվելուց, դիմում է հնարավոր ու անհնար բոլոր քայլերին։

Օգնության «փրկարար» ձեռքի հեռանկարով քրեակատարողական հիմնարկներում այս օրերին մեծածավալ աշխատանքներ են տարվում քրեական հեղինակություններին ակտիվացնելու, նրանց ազդեցության լծակներից օգտվելու համար։ Արդեն իսկ ազատության մեջ է հայտնվել քրեական չորս հեղինակություն, բարելավվում են դեռևս անազատության մեջ գտնվող այդ նույն կոնտինգենտի առանձին ներկայացուցիչների պայմանները, որոնք ուղեկցվում են նրանց, այսպես ասած, «ՑԲ» տեղափոխելով, կեցության ավելի հարմարավետ պայմանների ստեղծումով։

Այս ամենից զատ համակարգված աշխատանք է տարվում, նախապատրաստվում է մեծաթիվ կալանավորների, այսպես ասած, արձակուրդի շնորհումը՝ պայմանով, որ ինչպես նրանց ազդեցության տակ գտնվող, այնպես էլ բարեկամական ու մերձ շրջանակներից ապահովվեն երաշխավորված քվեներ։

Դժվար չէ նկատել, որ քրեական աշխարհին ներկայացուցիչներին տրվող արտոնությունն ու ազատությունը մեծապես սրելու են քրեածին իրավիճակը, երկրում խորացնելու են առանց այն էլ բևեռացված բաժանարար գծերը։ Քրեական աշխարհի ներկայացուցիչներին այսօրինակ ազատություն շնորհող պաշտոնյաները, նրանց հետ համագործակցող դատական կառույցի ներկայացուցիչները պարտավոր են իրենց հաշիվ տալ, որ անպատժելիությունը բումերանգի էֆեկտով հարվածի տակ է առնելու իրենց և որ երկրում քաղաքական իրավիճակի փոփոխությունն այդ նույն օրենքի տրամաբանությամբ իրենց կանգնեցնելու է լրջագույն խնդիրների առաջ։

«Ազգային անվտանգության պահետազորի սպաների միություն» հասարակական կազմակերպությունը լիազորված է հայտարարելու, որ իրեն հասանելի բոլոր միջոցներով իրավիճակի հսկողությունը պահելու է ակնդետ ուշադրության տակ, գործուն քայլեր է ձեռնարկելու ի շահ երկրի անվտանգության ու կայունության, յուրաքանչյուր փաստի կտրվածքով տալու է իրավական գնահատական։
