Երբ մարդը նկարվում է իքս տեղանքում և ասում, որ սա Սև լիճն է, արագ կարելի է բացահայտել սա Սև լի՞ճն է, թե՞ ոչ, և այդպիսի շատ ստեր: Բայց ստի մի տեսակ կա, որ կարող ենք անվանել ոլորտային նեղ մասնագիտական սուտ, դա ստի տեսակ է, որ կարող են հասկանալ և հայտարարել, որ դա սուտ է՝ Հայաստանում շատ քիչ մարդիկ. այսօր «Նիկովիդ 18. Ախտորոշում և բուժում» խորագիրը կրող քննարկման ժամանակ ասաց բժիշկ- վիրաբույժ, «Առողջապահական իրավունքի միջազգային կենտրոն»-ի ղեկավար Սամվել Սողոմոնյանը:

«Առողջապահության ոլորտում երբեմն լսում եմ բարձրաստիճան պետական պաշտոնյաների շուրթերից հնչող ինֆորմացիա, որը գիտեմ որ սուտ է, բայց գիտեմ որ իմ նման քիչ մարդիկ կհասկանան, որ այդ ինֆորմացիան սուտ է, իսկ այդ ստերը ոլորտային քանակով գեներացվելով ստեղծում են թվացյալ աշխարհ, կեղծ իրականություն և փայլուն աշխատանքի իմիտացիա:

Ցանկանում եմ ապագա իշխանություններին հորդորել, որպես գործիքակազմ  առաջ պերսոնալ պատասխանատվության մեխանիզմներ ներդնեն պետական պաշտոնյաների՝ նախարարից մինչև բաժնի կրտսեր մասնագետ, որը ակնհայտ սուտ տեղեկատվություն կտրամադրվի: Ժամանակին ոչ ֆորմալ ինստիտուտ էր գործում, երբ երկրի ղեկավարությունը պատժում էր մարդկանց սուտ խոսելու համար, հետագայում պատժի մեխանիզմները վերացան, և իշխանությունը սկսեց ինքը սուտ խոսել: Ժամանակն է մտածել, ոլորտային նեղ մասնագիտական ստի դեմ պայքարել, նաև արդյունավետ գործիքներ գտնել»,- ընդգծեց նա:
