Արա Աբրահամյանի խիստ կոչը Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին

Ռուսաստանի հայերի միության և Համաշխարհային հայկական կոնգրեսի նախագահ Արա Աբրահամյանը Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին կոչ է արել գիտակցել Սյունիքում ծավալվող իրադարձությունների համար իր անձնական պատասխանատվությունը և անմիջապես գործի դնել առկա ինչպես ներքին, այնպես էլ արտաքին ռեսուրսները և մեխանիզմները՝ պաշտպանելու երկրի սահմանները և Հայաստանի բնակչության անվտանգությունը
 
Արա Աբրահամյանի կոչում ասվում է.
 
«Ձեր անգործունակ հայտարարություններով և կոչերով միայն գործունեության պատրանք եք ստեղծում՝ վնասելով Հայաստանի պետականությանը և նրա բնակչությանը:
Հասարակությունն իրավունք ունի իմանալ.
 
- Ինչո՞ւ ոչինչ չեք ձեռնարկել Հայաստանի տարածք Ադրբեջանի զինուժի ստորաբաժանումների ներխուժումը և հայկական բնակավայրերի մոտ տեղակայումը կանխելու համար:
 
- Ե՞րբ եք իմացել ադրբեջանական զորքերի առաջխաղացման մասին: Արդյո՞ք տեղեկություններ ունեցել եք ռազմական ներխուժման մասին, թե՞ Հայաստանի հատուկ ծառայություններն ու ուժային կառույցները գլխավորապես զբաղված են Ձեր անձնական անվտանգությամբ և հանգստությամբ:
 
- Որպես գերագույն հրամանատար ի՞նչ եք արել, որպեսզի ադրբեջանական դիվերսիոն խմբավորումներին հակահարված տրվեր: Ինչո՞ւ նրանք չշրջապատվեցին և չգերեվարվեցին և դեռ գտնվում են Հայաստանի տարածքում:
 
- Ինչո՞ւ ՌԴ նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինի հետ զրույցի ժամանակ Սյունիքի մարզի իրադարձությունների կապակցությամբ օգնություն չեք խնդրել: Այս ամենը Ձեզ Ռուսաստանին «դիմելու» «արցախյան» սցենարը չի՞ հիշեցնում:
 
- Ինչո՞ւ եք կարգադրել դիմել ՀԱՊԿ-ին Կոլեկտիվ անվտանգության պայմանգրի 2-րդ հոդվածի հիմքով (սպառնալիք պետությանը) այլ ոչ թե 4-րդ հոդվածով (հարձակում մետության վրա):
 
- Պարոն Փաշինյան, պետության ղեկավարի պաշտոնակատար լինելը չի նվազեցնում Ձեր գործողությունների և անգործության համար պատասխանատվության աստիճանը: Հենց Դուք եք այսօր ինչպես Սյունիքում, այնպես էլ ամբողջ Հայաստանում կատարվող իրադարձությունների գլխավոր պատասխանատուն և մեր հայրենիքի նկատմամբ ոտնձգությունների հանդեպ հայաստանյան իշխանությունների փաստացի անգործության գլխավոր մեղավորը:
 
- Ձեզ կոչ ենք անում անմիջապես գործի դնել առկա ինչպես ներքին, այնպես էլ արտաքին ռեսուրսները և մեխանիզմները՝ պաշտպանելու երկրի սահմանները և Հայաստանի բնակչության անվտանգությունը»:
