Հունվար–ապրիլ ամիսներին ծախսվել է պետբյուջեի մոտ 1/4–ը. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Այս տարվա առաջին չորս ամիսների ընթացքում արդեն իսկ ծախսվել է Հայաստանի պետական բյուջեի մեկ քառորդը։ 2017 թ. տարեկան բյուջեն կազմում է 1 միլիարդ 461 միլիոն 421 հազար դրամ։ Այս օրերին պետբյուջեն կազմում է 1 միլիարդ 90 միլիոն 72 հազար դրամ, իսկ տարեսկզբից պետական ծախսերի համար ծախսվել է 371 միլիոն 348 հազար դրամից մի փոքր ավելի գումար։

2017 թ. պետբյուջեից ամենից շատ հատկացումներ այս տարի նախատեսվել են սոցիալական պաշտպանությանը՝ 409 միլիոն 343 հազար դրամի տեսքով, որից ծախսվել է մոտ կեսը՝ 127 միլիոն 796 հազար դրամը։ Իր հերթին սոցիալական պաշտպանությանը հատկացված գումարի 3/4–ը ուղղվել է ծերություն ունեցող անձանց թոշակների, նպաստների, Վանաձորի ծերանոցի սպասարկման վճարներին և այլն։ Գումարը կազմել է 296 միլիոն 291 հազար դրամ, որից այս պահին առկա է 200 միլիոն 131 հազար դրամ։

Սոցիալական պաշտպանության ոլորտից 2017 թ. հարազատին կորցրած անձանց տրամադրվելիք գումարը կազմում է 5 միլոին 123 հազար դրամ։ Հունվար–ապրիլ ամիսների ընթացքում ծախսվել է 1 միլիոն 972 հազար դրամ։ Ընդ որում` զոհված հետմահու Հայաստանի ազգային հերոսների և Մարտական խաչ շքանշանով պարգևատրված անձի ընտանիքի անդամներին տրվող պարգևավճարը այս տարի կազմել է 154 հազար 800 դրամ, որից ծախսվել է 55 հազար դրամ։

Սոցիալական պաշտպանությունից հետո հատկացվող գումարի չափով առանձնանում է ընդհանուր բնույթի հանրային ծառայությունների ոլորտը, որին պետբյուջեից տրամադրված գումարը կազմել է 248 միլիոն 205 հազար դրամ։ Սրանից այս պահին դեռևս կա 189 միլիոն 614 հազար դրամ։ Դե իսկ այս ոլորտին հատկացված գումարի մեծ մասը նախատեսվում է ծախսել պետական պարտքի գծով գործառնություններին։ Տատեսկզբին արդեն իսկ ծախսվել է 30 միլիոն 788 հազար դրամ։ Այս ոլորտն իրենից ներկայացնում է ՀՀ պետական արժեթղթերի գանձապետական պարտատոմսերի սպասարկման, օտարերկրյա պետություններից, միջազգային կազմակերպություններից և այլ արտաքին աղբյուրներից ստացված վարկերի սպասարկման, մուրհակների սպասարկման ծախսերի, ինչպես նաև արտարժույթային պետական պարտատոմսերի սպասարկման տոկոսավճարների մարում։

Նշենք, որ ըստ 2017 թ. բյուջերի ինտերակտիվ պատկերի՝ հասարակական կարգի պահպանման, անվտանգության և դատական գործունեության համար այս տարի ունենք 115 միլիոն 995 հազար դրամ, որից դեռևս առաջիկա 8 ամիսների համար մնացել է 85 միլիոն 401 հազար դրամ։ Փրկարար ծառայությանը տրամադրված 8 միլիոն 608 հազար դրամից ծախսվել է 1 միլիոն 922 հազար, հասարակական կարգի և անվտանգության համար նախատեսված 75 միլիոն 982 հազար դրամից 21 միլիոն 331 հազար, իսկ դատական գործունեության և իրավական պաշտպանության 12 միլիոն 529 հազար դրամից էլ՝ 3 միլիոն 14 հազար դրամ։
