Ֆրանսիայի ԶՈՒ ԳՇ պետն առաջարկել է «քաղաքացիական պատերազմի» նամակի տակ ստորագրա

Ֆրանսիայի Հանրապետության Զինված ուժերի գլխավոր շտաբի պետ, գեներալ Ֆրանսուա Լեկուանտրը  կոչ է արել նամակի անանուն ստորագրողներին, որոնք պնդում են, որ Ֆրանսիայում «քաղաքացիական պատերազմ է հասունանում», հեռանալ բանակից:

Գրել է «Եվրանյուզը»։

Խոսքն, ըստ երևույթին, վերաբերում է մայիսի 9-ին ռազմական հարթակի հեղինակած երկրորդ նամակին, որը հրապարակվել էր ֆրանսիական «Ընթացիկ արժեքներ» (Valeurs actuelles) պարբերականում` դատապարտելով Ֆրանսիայի «կազմալուծումը» և իսլամիզմի վտանգները: Այս նամակի հեղինակներն իրենց աջակցությունն էին հայտնել ապրիլի 21-ին նամակ գրած 20 պաշտոնաթող գեներալներին։ Ապրիլին 21-ին Valeurs actuelles-ը հրապարակել էր ֆրանսիացի 20 պաշտոնաթող գեներալների ստորագրած նամակը, որում նրանք նշել էին, որ Ֆրանսիան «վտանգի տակ է», և որ «իսլամիզմը և արվարձանային հորդաները» վերափոխում են «կազմալուծվող» երկիրը։ 

Այն հավանության է արժանացել նաև հարյուր բարձրաստիճան սպաների և հազարից ավելի այլ զինծառայողների կողմից: Մայիսի 9-ին հրապարակված նամակով անանուն մնացած զինվորականները դիմել էին երկրի իշխանություններին ու նշել, որ «Ֆրանսիայում քաղաքացիական պատերազմ է հասունանում»։

Ի պատասխան՝ Ֆրանսիայի Զինված ուժերի գլխավոր շտաբի պետ, գեներալ Ֆրանսուա Լեկուանտրը նամակ է գրել բոլոր զինվորներին, որում ասվում է. «Ամենաողջամիտ բանը, անշուշտ, հաստատությունից հեռանալն է՝ ազատորեն սեփական գաղափարներն ու համոզմունքները հանրայնացնել կարողանալու համար»։

Լեկուանտրը նշել է, որ վերջին շաբաթների ընթացքում «ռեզերվային պարտավորությունը, որը դրվել է բոլոր զինվորականների վրա, լայնորեն խախտվել է», և ստորագրողներին մեղադրել է «բանակը քաղաքական բանավեճերի ներքաշելու մեջ, որին այն միջամտելու ոչ լեգիտիմություն և ոչ էլ կոչում ունի»:
