Նախընտրական մթնոլորտը լարված է լինելու․ հարկավոր է «ճգնաժամային կառավարություն»

Նախընտրական քարոզարշավն անցնելու է աննախադեպ լարվածության պայմաններում, և դա են վկայում մայիսի 9-ին երկու հակադիր բևեռների նախաձեռնած միջոցառումները։

Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանի գլխավորած «Հայաստան» դաշինքը հուշագրի արարողություն և բազմամարդ հանրահավաք անցկացրեց Երևանում, իսկ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն էլ մեկնեց Գեղարքունիքի մարզ՝ հանդիպելու տեղի ընտրողներին։

Պատերազմում կրած ցավալի պարտությունը չի կարող չարտացոլվել նախընտրական քարոզարշավի որակի և ընթացքի վրա, երեկ հնչած ելույթներն էլ դրա վառ ապացույցն են։ Իսկ նման պայմաններում քարոզարշավի անցկացումը, բովանդակային խոսքի ու գործի փոխարեն հայհոյանքն ու փոխադարձ վիրավորանքները խլացնելու են ողջամտության ձայնը։

Երիցս ճիշտ էր «Երրորդ ուժ» քաղաքացիական նախաձեռնության անդամ, «Թովմասյան» հիմնադրամի ղեկավար Արտակ Թովմասյանը, երբ առաջարկում էր մեկ տարով ճգնաժամային կառավարիչներ ընտրել, որոնք կկարողանան կանխել երկրի հետագա սրընթացը անկումը։

Ամիսներ առաջ Թովմասյանն արձանագրել էր, թե երկրում առկա անառողջ մթնոլորտի և քաղաքական ճգնաժամի լավագույն լուծումը կլինի «ճգնաժամային կառավարիչների» ժամանակավոր կառավարության ձևավորումը, որը թույլ կտա որոշակի ժամանակահատվածում հանդարտեցնել առկա վիճակը, կանխել տնտեսական կոլապսը: Արտակ Թովմասյանն արդեն իսկ անցել էր կոնկրետ գործողությունների՝ տարբեր մասնագիտական հանձնաժողովներ ստեղծելու միջոցով ձևավորելու «ճգնաժամային կառավարիչների» ստվերային կառավարություն, որին կանդամակցեն իրենց բազմաթիվ ազդեցիկ և ճանաչված մասնագետներ ու ոլորտի ներկայացուցիչներ։

Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունն այն վիճակում չէ, որ իրեն նմանօրինակ ընտրարշավ անցկացնելու «ճոխություն» թույլ տա։ Հարկավոր է լսել ողջամիտ առաջարկը, ձևավորել հայրենանվեր ու կոմպետենտ մասնագետների խումբ, ոտքի կանգնեցնել երկիրը, ձևավորել համերաշխության մթնոլորտ, որից հետո հավասար պայմաններում անցկացնել ընտրություններ, որոնք իրենց լեգիտիմության առումով կասկածի տեղիք չեն տա:
