Փաշինյանը պետական պարգևներ է հանձնել մի շարք զինծառայողների

Վարչապետի պաշտոնակատարը Հայրենիքին մատուցած ծառայությունների համար, ինչպես նաև մայիսի 9-ի եռատոնի կապակցությամբ ԶՈՒ երկրորդ բանակային կորպուսի զորամասերից մի շարք զինծառայողների հանձնել է պետական պարգևներ ։ Այս մասին հայտնում է ՀՀ ՊՆ մամուլի ծառայությունը։

Իր խոսքում Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը, մասնավորապես, նշել է.

«Պարոնայք գեներալներ և սպաներ, ենթասպաներ, սերժանտներ, շարքայիններ,

Այսօր այստեղ՝ երկրորդ բանակային կորպուսում մենք պարգևատրման արարողություն իրականացրեցինք մայիսի 9-ի եռատոնի առիթով: Պատահական չէ, որ 44-օրյա պատերազմից հետո մենք հենց այստեղ այս պարգևատրման արարողություններն իրականացրեցինք, որովհետև պատերազմի ընթացքում երկրորդ բանակային կորպուսը պսակվեց փառքով, բարձր մարտունակությամբ: Մեր բոլորի, մեր բանակի, մեր ժողովրդի, մեր պատմության պատիվը բարձր պահեց, մեր բազմաթիվ եղբայրներ ընկան, վիրավորվեցին, բազմաթիվ եղբայրներ հերոսաբար կանգնեցին հայրենիքի պաշտպանության դիրքերում, ոչ միայն երկրորդ բանակային կորպուսում, այլև ընդհանրապես Հայոց բանակում:

Բայց այսօր եռատոնը մենք նշում ենք դառնությամբ, խառը զգացումներով, կսկիծով, ինչ-որ տեղ պարտության դառնությունը մեր սրտում պահած, բայց վկա է Աստված, որ մենք այս ընթացքում բացարձակապես ոչինչ, որևէ բան չենք խնայել Շուշիի ազատագրման հերոսների ու նահատակների գործն ու փառքը պաշտպանելու համար:

Եվ մենք այսօր նույնկերպ պիտի ամուր կանգնենք մեր նախնիների և սերունդների երազանքներն ու հայրենիքը պաշտպանելու գործում, որովհետև Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունն այսօր կա և կանգուն է, Արցախի Հանրապետությունը թեկուզ վիրավոր, բայց կանգուն է, հայ ժողովուրդը թեկուզ վիրավոր, բայց կանգուն է:

Հայ ժողովուրդը հազարամյա իր երթը շարունակում է և պիտի շարունակի։ Այդ հազարամյա երթի ամենակարևոր երաշխավորը պիտի լինի հայոց պետականությունը, հայոց բանակը: Այո, մենք պետք է վերլուծենք և հասկանանք, թե ինչն այնպես չենք արել, որտեղ ենք սխալվել, որտեղ բավարար սկզբունքայնություն չենք ցուցաբերել, բայց վկա է Աստված, որ մենք, հայոց բանակն այս պատերազմում կռվել է մինչև ամենավերջին վայրկյանը, երբ կռիվն ուներ հեռանկար:

Բայց նաև կարևոր է, որ այդ կռվի մեջ չենք կորցրել խելամտությունը: Կարևոր է, որ կարողացել ենք, այո, կայացնել ծանր որոշումներ, այդ թվում՝ հանուն մեր բանակի, մեր գեներալների և սպաների, մեր զինվորների և հանուն նրանց ընտանիքների ու զավակների:
