Երբ գաղափարախոսությանը փոխարինում է շահը՝ փաթեթավորված տարբեր լոզունգներով

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է

Գործունեության տարբեր փուլերում այսօրվա իշխող «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» կուսակցությունը, քաղաքական զարգացումների ընթացքից կախված, տարբեր կարգախոսներ և լոզունգներ է օգտագործել, սակայն որքան էլ զարմանալի է՝ դրանցից ոչ մեկն էլ իր մեջ չի ամփոփել երկրի զարգացման հստակ տեսլականի մասին պատկերացում։ Խնդիրն այն է, որ Փաշինյանի քաղաքական ուժը դուրս է մնացել կուսակցությունների ավանդական դասակարգման գաղափարախոսական չափանիշներից՝ հայացքների համակարգ կամ գաղափարախոսություն չունենալու պատճառով։

Եվ մինչ Փաշինյանը հպարտանում է այն հանգամանքով, որ իրենց կուսակցությունը «իզմեր» չունի, հանրության համար անհայտ է մնում, թե երկիրն ինչ ուղղությամբ է շարժվում, քանի որ Փաշինյանը, իր քաղաքական շահերից ելնելով, կարող է մի դեպքում որդեգրել լիբերալիզմի տարրեր, մյուս դեպքում՝ սոցիալիզմի, իսկ մեկ այլ դեպքում՝ անարխիզմի և այդպես շարունակ։ Իսկ այդ ամենը՝ բացառապես պոպուլիզմի «սոուսով»: Ուստի ամենահստակ պատկերացումը ՔՊ-ի մասին անորոշությունն ու անկանխատեսելիությունն է, իսկ կուսակցության իրական գաղափարախոսությանը փոխարինում է շահը՝ կախված քաղաքական դասավորությունից ու իրադարձությունների զարգացումից։ Սկզբում ՔՊ-ն «Ելք» դաշինքի կազմում մասնակցում էր ընտրություններին՝ «Ելք կա», ապա 2017 թվականի խորհրդարանական ընտրություններին՝ «Ընտրություններ, փոփոխություն, հաղթանակ» կարգախոսների ներքո, իսկ 2018 թվականի գարնանը Փաշինյանի սկսած շարժման օրերին փողոց դուրս եկածներն սկսեցին որդեգրել «Քայլ արա» կարգախոսը։

Սակայն Փաշինյանի «Քայլ արա»-ն իրականում միայն իրենց իշխանության հասնելու մասին էր, իսկ թե դրանից հետո երկիրը կոնկրետ որ ուղղությամբ էին տանելու, մնում էր հարցական։ Բայց քայլականների համար ամենակարևորն այն էր, որ այս կարգախոսի ներքո կարողացան իրենց շահերին ծառայեցնել քաղաքացիների դժգոհություններն ու, խաղալով հանրության էմոցիաների վրա, հասնել իշխանության։ Իսկ ահա 2018 թվականի դեկտեմբերի ընտրությունների ժամանակ արդեն «Իմ քայլը» դաշինքն իր քարոզարշավն իրականացնում էր «Երջանիկ անհատ, հոգատար հանրություն, հզոր պետություն» նշանաբանով։ Բայց այդ նշանաբանի ներքո խորհրդարանում մեծամասնություն ստանալն ու միայնակ կառավարություն ձևավորելն ի վերջո հասցրեց մի այնպիսի հանգրվանի, որ իրականություն դարձավ կարգախոսում նշված իրողությունների հակառակ պատկերը։
Լրիվ հակառակ: Պատահական չէ, որ այսօր մարդիկ երջանիկ լինելու փոխարեն այն աստիճան են հուսալքվել, որ մեծամասամբ նախընտրում են բռնել արտագաղթի ճանապարհը։ Իսկ հոգատարության փոխարեն մի կողմից՝ հանրության շրջանում գերիշխում է համատարած անտարբերությունն ու ապատիան, մյուս կողմից՝ փոխադարձ ատելությունը։ Եվ ամենակարևորը՝ հզոր պետություն ունենալու փոխարեն մեր երկիրը հասել է կապիտուլ յացիայի ենթարկվելու աստիճանի ու ներկայումս շատ թույլ և միջազգայնորեն հեղինակազրկված վիճակում է գտնվում։ Չենք կարող չանդրադառնալ նաև այն հանգամանքին, որ 2019 թվականին Փաշինյանը հանրային դաշտում շրջանառության մեջ դրեց տնտեսական հեղափոխության մասին լոզունգը՝ չնայած շատ տնտեսագետներ այն համարում էին ոչ տնտեսագիտական արտահայտություն։ Սակայն տնտեսական հեղափոխության ու թռիչքաձև աճի փոխարեն Փաշինյանի անարդյունավետ կառավարման արդյունքում արդեն մեկ տարուց ավելի հայտնվել ենք ավարտ չունեցող տնտեսական ճգնաժամի հորձանուտում։
