Վերավաճառողները կարտոֆիլի կիլոգրամի համար ընդամենը 70 դրամ են առաջարկում, մինչդեռ Երևանում այն վաճառվում է անհամեմատ ավելի մեծ գնով։ Գեղարքունիքի մարզի Ձորագյուղ համայնքի բնակիչ Նվեր Գալստյանը մեզ հետ զրույցում ասաց, որ կարտոֆիլը հորերում մնում, փչանում է, քանի որ շատ ցածր գին են առաջարկում․

«Համայնքում շատ մեծ, ծանր խնդիրներ կան, որովհետև ժողովրդի բերքը մնացել է, առնող չկա, կարտոֆիլը հորերում լցրած փչանում է, չի իրացվում։ Վերավաճառողները գալիս, այնպիսի գին են ասում, որ համարյա ձրի է, 

Գալստյանին հարցրինք՝ կրկին ցանո՞ւմ են կարտոֆիլ՝ նկատի ունենալով, որ ցանքի շրջանը սկսվել է․

«Չէ, ժողովուրդը չի ցանում, հուսահատ վիճակ է ժողովրդի մոտ, եթե էսպես շարունակվի, իր ցանելու ծախսն էլ չի հանի։ Կառավարությունից ոչ մի ակնկալիք չկա, ոչ մի աջակցություն չկա։ Պարարտանյութի պարկը դարձրել են 9 հազար դրամ, ժողովրդին ձեռք չի տալիս ոչ մի բանով զբաղվելը, մենք ինչքա՞ն կարտոֆիլ վաճառենք, որ մի պարկ պարարտանյութ գնենք, շատ դժվար է, սարսափելի վիճակ է։ Մենք ինչո՞ւ պիտի գնանք խոպան, մեզ հող են տվել, մշակում ենք, գյուղ է, ամեն մեկը իր գործով զբաղվում է, բայց որ բերքը չի վաճառվում․ ի՞նչ անի ժողովուրդը» ,- ասաց Գալստյանը։
