Նիկոլն ուղղակի ստիպված է լինելու երկրորդ պատերազմի շանսը տալ թուրքերին․Զաքարյան

Արտակ Զաքարյանը ֆեյսբուքյան էջում գրել է․

«Մերժել Նիկոլին՝ նշանակում է մերժել հաջորդ պատերազմը

Համաշխարհային զարգացումները գնալով ավելի ու ավելի վտանգավոր են դառնում։ Ուժի և ուժի սպառնալիքի կիրառման լեզուն դարձել է քաղաքական ու դիվանագիտական բառամթերքի անբաժան մաս։ Արագ տեմպերով տեղի են ունենում աշխարհաքաղաքական փոփոխություններ։ Հրահրվում են նոր կոնֆլիկտներ կամ փորձում են թեժացնել հին կոնֆլիկտները։ Գրեթե չեն գործում միջազգային իրավունքի զսպող նորմերն ու խաղաղ գոյակցության կանոնները։ Թիրախավորված զորավարժություները հաջորդում են մեկը մյուսին։ Աշխարհը գնալով դառնում է ավելի ու ավելի վտանգավոր։

Այս ֆոնի վրա, Հարավային Կովկասում պատերազմը դեռևս ավարտված չէ ցավոք։ Հայաստանի նոր իշխանություններից է կախված լինելու նոր պատերազմի սպառնալիքը։ Եթե գան խելացի, փորձառու, ազգային ուժեր՝ պատերազմից խուսափել ստացվելու է։ Եթե մնա Նիկոլը՝ երկրորդ և ավելի դաժան պատերազմն անխուսափելի է։ Սա ավելի քան պարզ է։ Որովհետև՝ Նիկոլին ցանկանում են իշխանության պահել այն ուժերը, որոնց դեռ պետք է իրենց ձեռքի խաղալիք ու արկածախնդրությունների պատրաստ կապիտուլյանտը։ Նիկոլն ուղղակի ստիպված է լինելու երկրորդ պատերազմի շանսը տալ թուրքերին՝ Հարավային Կովկասից ռուսներին դուրս մղելու և Իրանի վրա օղակը սեղմելու համար։ Այդ արկածային պատերազմի առանցքը՝ բնականաբար լինելու է Սյունիքը։

Արցախի հարցում՝ Նիկոլի առերևույթ դավաճանական գործողություններն ու փաստացի կապիտուլյանտ լինելն ունի կոնկրետ պատճառներ։

Արցախում թուրք-ադրբեջանական պատերազմ հրահրելով և խաբված հայության ողբերգական պարտությունը կազմակերպելով՝ Նիկոլը ծառայեց Ռուսաստանի, Իրանի, Չինաստանի և Հնդկաստանի դեմ՝ հավաքական արևմուտքի կողմից տարվող գլոբալ հակամարտությանը։ Նա Արցախը, Հայաստանի անվտանգությունը և մեր Բանակի լավագույն մասը մատաղ արեց, հանուն այլ երկրների աշխարհաքաղաքական շահերի։

Պատահական չէր, որ ադրբեջանն այս պատերազմում միայնակ չէր, և ստանում էր Թուրքիայի, Ուկրաինայի, Իսրայելի, Պակիստանի, Աֆղանստանի, Վրաստանի ինչպես նաև սիրիական վարձկան տեռորիստների ուղղակի աջակցությունը։ Եվ պատահական չէր նաև այն, որ բացի մի քանի երկրների ձևական արձագանքից՝ ոչ մի երկիր չդատապարտեց թուրք-ադրբեջանական ռազմական ավանտյուրան ընդդեմ Արցախի և Հայաստանի։ Որովհետև Նիկոլը թույլ տվեց, որպեսզի Արցախը և Հայաստանը դառնան այլ տերությունների շահերի բախման համար բաց տարածք։ Որովհետև բոլոր երկրները հասկանում էին, որ արցախյան պատերազմի սկսվելու հիմնական պատճառը՝ Նիկոլն ու իր սպասարկած օտար «քաղաքականությունն» են։
