Քանի որ խոսքը վերաբերում է իմ ու Արամ Վարդևանյանի պաշտպանյալ Աշոտ Սիմոնյանի գործին, կարճ անդրադառնամ փաստերին։

Աշոտ Սիմոնյանին մեղադրանք է առաջադրված իշխանությունը յուրացնելու փորձի, քաղաքական գործչի սպանությունը նախապատրաստելու և խմբով ապօրինի զենք պահելու համար։

Թե մեղադրանք առաջադրելուց, թե դատական նիստի ժամանակ ոչ քննիչ(ներ)ը և ոչ էլ դատախազը չկարողացան պարզաբանել

Դատական նիստի ժամանակ չստանալով այս բոլոր հարցերի պատասխանները պարոն Հովհաննիսյանը կայացրել է օբյեկտիվ որոշում` մերժելով քննիչի միջնորդությունը Աշոտ Սիմոնյանին կալանավորելու մասին։

 

Իսկ հիմա ամենահետաքրքիրը,

Պարոն Հովհաննիսյանի որոշումից դժգոհ մնացած որոշ դինոզավրերի դարի իրավաբանության գուրուներ, սկսեցին օրինական ուժի մեջ գտնվող դատական ակտը քննարկել ամեն պատեհ և անպատեհ առիթով` ընդհուպ մինչև Ազգային Ժողովի ամբիոնից։

Տպավորություն էր ստեղծվում, որ այդ չորս վերջույթ ունեցող արարածների կյանքի նպատակն է դարձել սույն դատական ակտի համար ի դեմս Արման Հովհաննիսյանի "վրեժ" լուծել ողջ դատական համակարգից, սակայն "վրեժի" միակ շարճառիթը նիկոլի քիմքին հաճոյանալն էր։

Չ՜ի լինելու, այ ոչինչներ, Հայաստանում կայացող դատական համակարգը այլևս փաստ է, ինչքան էլ փորձեք քանդել նաև այն։
