Չենք սխալվի, եթե փաստենք, որ հանրային և քաղաքական հարթակներում մշտապես քննարկվել է այն թեման, թե ինչու սփյուռքում կայացած մեր շատ հայրենակիցներ չեն գալիս Հայաստան ոչ միայն ներդրումներ կատարելու, այլև հասարակական-քաղաքական գործընթացներին մասնակցելու համար։ Պատճառները թերևս թե՛ օբյեկտիվ են, թե՛ սուբյեկտիվ։ Օրվա իշխանությունների վարած քաղաքականությունը, օրենսդրական արգելքները, տնտեսական միջավայրը և մի շարք այլ գործոններ տարբեր ժամանակներում խոչընդոտ են եղել առավել շատ մեր հայրենակիցների ներգրավման հնարավորություն տալու, Հայաստանի տնտեսական և քաղաքական գործընթացներին ինտեգրվելու համար։

Կա նաև հակառակ հարցադրումը, թե այս կամ այն գործարարը կամ գործիչը ինչո՞ւ է եկել և ուզում դիցուք քաղաքականությամբ զբաղվել, եթե տևական ժամանակ չի ապրել Հայաստանում։ Նման կերպ մտածող մարդիկ էլ կան։ Իհարկե, սա սխալ մոտեցում է, քանի որ հատկապես հիմա՝ պատերազմում կրած պարտությունից հետո, Հայաստանն ունի մեր բոլոր այն հայրենակիցների կարիքը, ովքեր կայացել են ոչ միայն Հայաստանում, այլև երկրի սահմաններից դուրս, տիրապետում են որոշակի ռեսուրսների, կապերի, որոնք կարող են օգտագործել երկիրն այս ծանր վիճակից հանելու համար։ Հետևաբար, կարևոր միտում է, նկատվում, որ հատկապես պատերազմից հետո բազմաթիվ գործարարներ, հասարակական-քաղաքական գործիչներ ցանկություն են հայտնել Հայաստան վերադառնալ և մասնակցել առաջիկա ընտրական և քաղաքական գործընթացներին։

Այդ մարդկանցից մեկն էլ Տիգրան Արզաքանցյանն է, ով դեռ երիտասարդ տարիներից և՛ Հայաստանում, և՛ արտասահմանում կարողացել է կայանալ որպես հաջողակ գործարար, ձեռք բերել փորձ ու գիտելիքներ, արտերկրում աշխատած ժամանակահատվածում ձեռք բերել նաև լուրջ կապեր։ Արզաքանցյանը հիմա էլ, ըստ ամենայնի, կինտեգրվի քաղաքական պրոցեսներին՝ իր տնտեսական և քաղաքական ռեսուրսներն ու կապերը ծառայեցնելու երկրի զարգացման գործին։ Այդուհանդերձ, ուրախալի է, որ նման մարդիկ ունեն պատրաստակամություն շարունակելու ծառայել երկրին ու ժողովրդին։
