Ո՞ր ուժերն են իշխանության համար պայքարի հիմնական հավակնորդներ

Որքան մոտենում է արտահերթ խորհրդարանական ընտրությունների օրն, այնքան ավելի են ուրվագծվում դրանց մասնակցող քաղաքական բևեռները։ Եթե փորձենք մոնիթորիգ անել, ապա այս պահի դրությամբ հետևյալ պատկերն է քաղաքական դաշտի գունապնակում։

Դե իշխանության բևեռում ամեն ինչ պարզ է՝ կա Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի կուսակցությունը և մի քանի գրպանային ընդդիմադիր ուժեր, որոնց առջև խնդիր է դրված հայհոյել մյուս ընդդիմադիր ուժերին և փոշիացնել հակաիշխանական ձայներն ինչքան հնարավոր կլինի։ Եթե դրանցից մեկին այդուհանդերձ հաջողվի մտնել խորհրդարան, ապա հետո պետք է անհրաժեշտ պահի սատարի իշխանություններին։ Սա պայմանական եմ ասում, քանի որ պարզ է, որ իշխանության վերարտադրություն չի լինելու հունիսի 20-ին, քանի որ հասարակությունը թույլ չի տա ևս մեկ ամոթի օր ֆիքսել օրացույցում։ Կարևոր բևեռ է Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի գլխավորած Բարգավաճ Հայաստան կուսակցությունը, որն առանձին է մասնակցելու ընտրություններին։ Այս ուժը ոչ միայն ունի կայուն ընտրազանգված, այլև վերջին տարիներին ավելացրել է այն։ Ապագա իշխանության ձևավորման ժամանակ ԲՀԿ-ի քվեները կարևոր նշանակություն են ունենալու։

Ուրվագծվում է ՀՀԿ-Հայրենիք կուսակցության դաշինքի բևեռը, որն, ի դեպ, թուլացնում է Երկրորդ նախագահ Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանի դիրքերը։ Սակայն, դրանով հանդերձ, երկու բևեռն էլ բավականին ազդեցիկ են և ընտրություններում հաղթողի հիմնական հավակնորդներից են։ Քաղաքական լուրջ հայտ է ներկայացրել Էդմոն Մարուքյանի գլխավորած Լուսավոր Հայաստան կուսակցությունը, որը վերջին 3 տարիներին կարողացավ ճիշտ դիրքավորվել քաղաքական դաշտում և ձեռք բերել հազարավոր համախոհներ և համակիրներ։ Ի դեպ, հարկ է նկատել, որ ԼՀԿ-ի թե պառլամենտական և թե միջազգային կազմակերպություններում ակտիվ աշխատանքը բավականին շոշափելի է, ինչն էլ հիմք է տալիս կարծելու, որ առաջիկա ընտրություններում հասարակության դեռևս չկողմնորոշված հատվածը, որն ի դեպ, տարբեր հաշվարկներով մինչև 40% է կազմում, կարող է իր քվեն տալ Լուսավոր Հայաստանին։ Մի հանգամանք ևս այստեղ կա՝ ընտրողների մեծ մասը ԼՀԿ-ին չի ասոցացնում ոչ նախկինների և ոչ էլ ներկաների հետ մի կողմից, գնահատում է այդ ուժի աշխատանքը մյուս կողմից։

Այդուհանդերձ, իշխանությունների անպատասխանատու և ապաշնորհ աշխատանքի ֆոնին ձևավորվող քաղաքական բևեռները առաջիկա ընտրություններում ակտիվ պայքարելու են իշխանության համար։ Մնացածը որոշելու է ՀՀ քաղաքացին։
