Տեսանյութ. Սոխի դեմ՝ սխտոր կամ ՌԴ ղեկավարի բաժանարար գծերը

Ռուսաստանը փաստացի փոխեց աշխարհի զարգացման մարտավարությունն ու տրամաբանությունը: Սոխի դեմ՝ սխտոր. այսպես կարելի է անվանել դաշնության ղեկավարի վերջին ուղերձի մեսիջները աշխարհին:
 
«Որոշ երկրներում տհաճ սովորություն են դարձրել` ամեն առիթով, ամենից հաճախ առանց առիթի «կպնել» Ռուսաստանին։ Ասես նոր մարզաձև լինի` ով ավելի բարձր ինչ–որ բան կասի»,- ասել է ՌԴ նախագահը և ավելացրել.
 
«Մենք իսկապես ուզում ենք բարիդրացիական հարաբերություններ ունենալ միջազգային հանրության բոլոր մասնակիցների հետ, այդ թվում` նրանց, ում հետ վերջին շրջանում հարաբերությունները, մեղմ ասած, լավ չեն դասավորվում։ Մենք իսկապես չենք ուզում այրել կամուրջները։ Բայց եթե ինչ–որ մեկը մեր բարի մտադրություններն ընդունի որպես անտարբերություն կամ թուլություն և ինքը վերջնականապես այրի կամ անգամ պայթեցնի այդ կամուրջները, պետք է իմանա, որ Ռուսաստանի պատասխանը կլինի անհամարժեք, արագ և կոշտ»։
 
Ռուսաստանի նախագահը, ըստ էության, նաև աշխարհակարգային գծեր է սահմանել: Սա նաև ռուսական դրոշը պարզելու և դաշնակիցների զորահավաք հայտարարելու ակնարկ է.
 
«Հուսով եմ, որ ոչ մեկի մտքով չի անցնի Ռուսաստանի հետ հարաբերություններում հատել կարմիր գիծը։ Մենք ինքներս կոնկրետ դեպքերում կորոշենք, թե որտեղով է այն անցնելու: Այո, Ռուսաստանն ինքն է որոշելու, թե որոնք են իր ազգային շահերը, ռուսական աշխարհի շահերը թե՛ երկրի ներսում, թե՛ համաշխարհային ասպարեզում։ Դա կարող է դուր գալ կամ ոչ, բայց բոլորը և միշտ պետք է հաշվի նստեն դրա հետ»։
 
Ակնհայտ է, որ մշտապես իր հայտարարություններում չափավոր Պուտինը լուրջ պատճառներ ունի՝ բաժանարար գծեր անցկացնելու: Սա, ըստ էության, Արևմուտքի նետած ձեռնոցը վերցնելու մասին հայտարարություն է:
 
Ռուսաստանը գնում է պատերազմի, առնվազն չի անտեսում դրա սպառնալիքը, և աշխարհը շուտով բաժանվելու է երկու բևեռի: Սառը պատերազմին հաջորդում է մեծ հալոցքը, և երկու թևերում էլ ձևավորվելու է միջազգային «աշխարհազորը»՝ աշխարհի տարբեր կետերում դաշնակցային շահերը համակարգելու համար:
 
Հետաքրքիր է, որ ռուսական շրջանակներում մեծ արձագանք է գտել Ռուսաստանի կողմից պատերազմին մասնակցելու՝ «Հայոց Արծիվների» առաջնորդ Խաչիկ Ասրյանի հայտարարությունը: Ռուսական քաղաքագիտական տարբեր շրջանակներ պնդում են, որ հենց այդ օրինակը պետք է դարձնել վարակիչ և որպես լավ օրինակ՝ կիրառել տարբեր տարածաշրջանների դաշնակիցների կողմից:
 
Ի վերջո, պատերազմի գնալիս պետք է հստակ իմանաս՝ ով է թշնամիդ և ով է իրական դաշնակիցդ:
