2021թ. առաջին եռամսյակի արդյունքներով ՀՀ տնտեսությունը դեռ գտնվում է բացասական ցուցանիշների տիրույթում. Արկադի Խաչատրյան

ՀՀ Ազգային Ժողովի Ֆինանսավարկային և բյուջետային հարցերի մշտական հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Արկադի Խաչատրյանը գրում է․

ՀՀ ԱՎԿ հրապարակած օպերատիվ ամփոփմամբ նախնական ցուցանիշների համաձայն՝ ՀՀ-ում 2021 թվականի հունվար-մարտ ամիսներին՝ նախորդ տարվա նույն ժամանակահատվածի համեմատ՝
Տնտեսական ակտիվության ցուցանիշը (ՏԱՑ) նվազել է 2%-ով,
Արդյունաբերական արտադրանքի ծավալը նվազել է 3.9%-ով,
Գյուղատնտեսության համախառն արտադրանքի ծավալը նվազել է 1%-ով,
Առևտրի շրջանառությունը նվազել է 5.6%-ով,
Ծառայությունների ծավալը նվազել է 8.1%-ով,
Արտաքին առևտրաշրջանառությունը կրճատվել է 4.4%-ով,
Սպառողական գների ինդեքսը աճել է 5.2%-ով:
Ինչպես գիտենք, 2020թ. մարտ ամսին, համավարակով և տնտեսական սահմանափակումներով պայմանավորված, տնտեսական ակտիվության ցուցանիշը ՀՀ-ում նվազել էր 4.1%-ով: Թեև 2021թ. մարտ ամսին նախորդ տարվա մարտի համեմատ ՏԱՑ-ը աճել է 3.8%-ով, ինչպես նաև արձանագրվել է աճ՝ վերը նշված ուղղություններով, այդուհանդերձ 2021թ. առաջին եռամսյակի արդյունքներով, ինչպես երևում է ԱՎԿ վերոհիշյալ տվյալներից, տնտեսությունը առավելապես դեռ գտնվում է բացասական ցուցանիշների տիրույթում:

ՀՀ ԱՎԿ-ն հայտնում է, որ հաշվի առնելով այն հանգամանքը, որ 2020թ. ապրիլից ի վեր միջին ամսական անվանական աշխատավարձի հաշվետու ամսվա օպերատիվ ցուցանիշը նշանակալիորեն տարբերվել է դրա հրապարակումից հետո ՀՀ պետական եկամուտների կոմիտեից (ՀՀ ՊԵԿ-ից) ստացվող Եկամտային հարկի և սոցիալական վճարի հաշվառման տվյալների բազայի հիման վրա հաշվարկված ցուցանիշներից, ՀՀ ԱՎԿ-ն այսուհետ դադարեցնում է հաշվետու ամսվա գնահատված ցուցանիշի հրապարակումը: Ըստ այդմ՝
ցուցանիշը ԱՎԿ-ն կհաշվարկի և կհրապարակի բացառապես ՀՀ ՊԵԿ-ից հաշվետու ամսվան հաջորդող
25/26-րդ օրը ստացվող տվյալների բազայի հիման վրա և կզետեղի ԱՎԿ աղյուսակում՝ ամսվա վերջին աշխատանքային օրը:
