Վարդան Բոստանջյան. «Փող բաժանելն ու հետո ապրանքները թանկացնելը ողջունելի քայլ չէ, բայց ողբերգական էլ չէ». «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

«Փաստը» զրուցել է տնտեսագետ Վարդան Բոստանջյանի հետ՝ պարզելու նրա կարծիքը ապրիլյան ընտրությունների և շուկայում առկա թանկացումների միջև առկա կապի վերաբերյալ:

Մեր այն հարցին, թե ի՞նչ հիմքեր կան եզրակացնելու, որ թանկացումները ուղիղ կապ ունեն ապրիլի 2–ի ընտրությունների հետ, Բոստանջյանը պատասխանեց, որ ամենայն հավանականությամբ այդ կապը փոքր չէ, անգամ մեծ է. «Հասկանալի է, որ այդ ընտրություններին շրջանառության մեջ բավականաչափ փողային զանգված մտավ, որը մարդկանց մոտ ավտոմատ գնողունակությունը բարձրացրեց: Ու այդ պարագայում մարդիկ պահանջարկն էլ ավելի մեծացրին: Բացի դրանից, շրջանառության մեջ նետված փողը հիմնականում այդ սուբյեկտների կողմից էր, որոնք էլ, բնականաբար, պետք է կոմպենսացնեին այն ինչ–որ ձևով: Իսկ դա հնարավոր էր միայն օպերատիվ ձևով համապատասխան գների բարձրացման ճանապարհով»:

Տնտեսագետը նշում է, որ կարող են լինել նաև այլ պատճառներ, գործոններ, բայց հիմնականը, ամենայն հավանականությամբ, հենց դա էր: Ըստ նրա՝ եթե ընտրություններն էլ չլինեին, Զատիկը, Նոր տարին՝ ժողովրդական ուրախության տոներ են, որոնց ժամանակ մարդիկ՝ մինչև անգամ քիչ եկամուտներ ունեցողներն էլ, ձգտում են դեպի գնումների: Դրանով մեծանում է պահանջարկը, բնականաբար գները բարձրանում են:

Ինչ վերաբերում է ընտրություններից առաջ գումար բաժանելուն և հետո թանկացումների միջոցով այն hետ հավաքելուն՝ մեր զրուցակիցը հետևյալ գնահատականը տվեց. «Սա ողջունելի քայլ ու վիճակ չէ, բայց բոլոր դեպքերում ողբերգական էլ չի: Դե հիմա ստացվել է: Ընդհանուր առմամբ զարգացումը բերում է նաև բացասական կողմեր, որից մեկը այսօրվա ընտրությունների նման իրավիճակն է: Եվ արի ու տես, որ այդ պարագայում նման մոտեցումը նշանակալից եղավ: Հասարակության՝ հատկապես սոցիալական դժվար վիճակում գտնվողների համար գայթակղիչ է նման ձևով փող ստանալը: Եթե հիմա ուզենանք մեր ազգային ողբերգությունը դարձնենք, դա անշուշտ այդպես չէ, այս երևույթը կգնա մարման: Տեղի ունեցածը չպետք է դարձնել սարսափելի բան»:

Մեր այն հարցին, թե այս ժամանակահատվածում՝ գարնան սկզբում, թանկացումներ լինո՞ւմ են կամ ինչպիսի՞ գնային տատանումներ են բնորոշ, տնտեսագետը պատասխանեց, որ այս երկու գործոնները՝ Հարության տոները, ընտրություններն էլ գումարած, խթանեցին գնաճը, բայց բոլոր դեպքերում այս ժամանակահատվածն այն շրջանը չի, որ գներ բարձրանան:

Ըստ Բոստանջյանի, մայիսյան ընտրություններից հետո նույնպիսի թանկացումների պետք չի սպասել. «Չեմ կարծում, որովհետև եղանակը տաքանալու է, հատկապես գյուղատնտեսական ապրանքներն ավելի կշատանան: Իսկ շատանալու, շուկայի առատության պարագայում գները կիջնեն: Երևանյան ընտրություններն արդեն չեն կարող նույն դերն ունենալ, ինչը որ համապետականը»,– հավելեց նա:
