Սա հավելյալ փաստ է, որ դավաճանների խմբակին Հայաստանում իշխանություն պահելու միակ շահառուն Անկարան ու Բաքուն են. Միհրան Հակոբյան

Վերջին հարյուրամյակում Թուրքիայի հետ Հայաստանի ունեցած ռազմական կոնֆլիկտների ընթացքում թուրքերը միշտ ձգտել են «խաղաղության պայմաններ» պարտադրել՝ վերջնախաղում ունենալով հայկական կանոնավոր զինված ուժերի չեզոքացումը: Օսմանյան կայսրությունում հայերի ցեղասպանությունը հնարավոր էր միայն հայկական կանոնավոր զինված ուժերի բացակայության պարագայում: Հենց դրա համար էլ թուրքերը ըստ էության բանակ չունենալու պայման էին առաջ քաշում 1918թ.-ի Բաթումի պայմանագրով, հետո նաև 1920թ.-ի Ալեքսանդրապոլի պայմանագրով:

100 տարի հետո էլ թուրքական մոտեցումը չի փոխվել, տարվող քաղաքականությունը չի փոխվել: Դրա համար է կապիտուլյանտը խոսում զորակոչը վերացնելու, մի քանի տարին մեկ զորակոչիկին 3 ամսով զորակոչելու մասին: Սա հայկական կանոնավոր բանակի ոչնչացման թուրքական ծրագիր է՝ Հայաստանում իշխանությունը զավթած դավաճանների ձեռքերով:

Ծրագիր, որը 100 տարի է՝ փորձում են իրականացնել թուրքերը: Ծրագիր, որով հայկական զինված ուժերը թղթի վրա են միայն զինված ուժեր, իրականում ոչ մի բան են ու երբեք չեն կարող գործոն լինել տարածաշրջանային և ոչ մի խաղացողի հետ հարաբերություններում:
