ԼՀԿ պատգամավոր Արմեն Եղիազարյանն անդրադարձել է Բաբկեն Թունյանի ելույթին

ԼՀԿ պատգամավոր Արմեն Եղիազարյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրել է․

ԱԺ տնտեսական հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Բաբկեն Թունյանն իր երեկվա ելույթում անդրադարձել է իմ բարձրաձայնած հարցին, որը վերաբերում էր Համաշխարհային Բանկի հաշվետվությանը, ըստ որի՝ 2018թ-ին Ադրբեջանից Հայաստան է փոխանցվել 211 մլն դոլար՝ ասելով, որ եթե չապացուցեմ այդ փաստը, ապա պետք է ներողություն խնդրեմ։
Անկեղծ ասած՝ մինչև այս պահը ես կարծում էի, որ Բաբկեն Թունյանը ունակ է արտահայտած միտքը լսել ու ընկալել։ Բայց,
փաստորեն, նա ցանկանում է, որ ես ապացուցեմ Համաշխարհային Բանկի կողմից հրապարակված հաշվետվությունը։ Դուք լու՞րջ եք խոսում, ուզում եք, որ ես Համաշխարհային բանկի ասածը ապացուցեմ, թե՞ միտումնավոր մանիպուլացնում եք եղելությունը։
Կրկնում եմ դժվար կամ ուշ ընկալողների համար!
Ես հրապարակել եմ Համաշխարհային բանկի 2018թ-ի հաշվետվությունը, ըստ որի՝ Ադրբեջանից Հայաստան է փոխանցվել 211 մլն դոլար։ Դրանից հետո հարցումներ եմ ուղարկել ՀՀ ԿԲ և ՀԲ, որոնք չեն հերքել հաշվետվության գոյությունը, այլ տվել են մեկնաբանություն։ Ես հարց եմ բարձրացրել նաև այն հանգամանքի վերաբերյալ, թե ինչու՞ է ըստ ՀԲ-ի Ադրբեջանից Հայաստան փոխանցումների թիվը 2018թ-ին 30 անգամ աճել 2017թ-ի նկատմամբ։ Ցանկացել եմ պարզել, թե ինչ տրամաբանությամբ է գրանցվել այդ աճը, երբ ըստ ԿԲ և ՀԲ պատասխանների՝ այդ հաշվարկային մեթոդոլոգիայի բազային արժեքներում չեն եղել փոփոխություններ։
Չստանալով սպառիչ պատասխաններ՝ ես պաշտոնապես դիմել եմ ՀՀ ԱԱԾ-ին։ Հիմա, եթե որոշ մարդիկ խեղաթյուրում են իմ խոսքը և գտնում են որ ես իբր թե ստել եմ, որից հետո դիմել նաև ԱԱԾ, ապա թող իմ հանդեպ՝ որպես սուտ մատնություն տվողի, հաղորդում ներկայացնեն, կամ՝ ինձնից հրապարակային ներողություն խնդրեն՝ իմ խոսքերը խեղաթյուրված ներկայացնելու համար։
