Նորակոչիկներին կառաջարկեն ծառայել 3 տարի՝ 5 մլն դրամի դիմաց

Այն նորակոչիկները, ովքեր ցանկություն կհայտնեն ծառայությունն իրականացնել մարտական հերթապահություն իրականացնող զորամասում, իրավունք կստանան անցնելու ծառայության նոր տեսակի` ժամկետային պայմանագրային: Այս մասին ֆեյսբուքյան գրառման միջոցով տեղեկացրել է ՀՀ ՊՆ մամուլի խոսնակ Արծրուն Հովհաննիսյնաը՝ ներկայացնելով «Ես եմ» ծրագիրը:

Նա մանրամասնել է, որ ծառայությունը կտևի 3 տարի, սակայն դրանցից գումարային 7 ամիս զինծառայողը կանցկացնի ազատ արձակման մեջ` սկսած 6-րդ ամսվանից, երբ իր ստորաբաժանումը կստանձնի մարտական հերթապահությունը՝ յուրաքանչյուր ամիս ծառայելով 1+1+2 բանաձևով: Մեկ շաբաթ` արձակուրդում, մեկ շաբաթ` զորամասում, պատրաստվելով մարտական հերթապահության, և երկու շաբաթ` առաջնագծում, մարտական հերթապահություն անցկացնելիս:

Այսպիսով, զորակոչվելուց հետո 5 ամիս ուսումնական փուլ անցնելով` նա կանցնի ծառայության, որի ընթացքում 31 ամսից 7-ը կանցկացնի տանը, իսկ 24-ը` զորամասում և մարտական դիրքերում:

Յուրաքանչյուր անգամ արձակուրդ գնալիս նրան կվճարվի որոշակի գումար` արձակուրդային ծախսերը հոգալու համար: Ծառայության ավարտին նրա անձնական հաշվին կփոխանցվի մոտ 5 մլն ՀՀ դրամ, որը զորացրված զինծառայողը կկարողանա օգտագործել նպատակային երեք ծրագրից մեկում`

1. մատչելի բնակարան (սուբսիդավորված հիփոթեքային ծրագիր),

2. մինի-ֆերմա (գյուղաբնակ զինծառայողների համար փոքր ջերմոց կամ ֆերմա ստեղծելու կամ փոքր գյուղտեխնիկա ձեռք բերելու ծրագիր),

3. ուսման վարձի փոխհատուցում:

«Երեք նպատակային ծրագրերն էլ միտված են նաև ծառայած երիտասարդին Հայաստանում իր ապագան կառուցելու հնարավորություն տալուն, երկարատև ծրագրերի միջոցով երկրի հետ իր անբաժան կապը խորացնելու խնդրին:

Նպատակային ծրագրերի ուղղությունները, վճարման կարգը, ծրագրից հրաժարվելու կամ դրա մեջ ծառայության կեսից ներգրավվելու մանրամասները, ինչպես նաև ծրագրի նպատակահարմարությունն առհասարակ կդարձվեն հանրային լայն քննարկման առարկա»,- գրել է Հովհաննիսյանը՝ մանրամասնելով՝ նախատեսված է, որ ծրագիրը կլինի այլընտրանքային, և քաղաքացին, չընդգրկվելով դրանում, կարող է ընտրել ներկայումս գործող զորակոչի տարբերակը` անցնելով ժամկետային զինծառայության: Այդուհանդերձ, հաջող ընթացքի պարագայում երեք տարվա ընթացքում առաջարկվող ծառայության ձևը կարող է դառնալ գերակշռողն առաջնագծում:

Ծրագիրը քննարկման համար է։

ՀՀ-ում Պարտադիր զինվորական ծառայության են զորակոչվում 18-ից մինչև 27 տարեկան արական սեռի զորակոչիկները և մինչև 35 տարեկան առաջին խմբի պահեստազորի սպաները, ովքեր առողջական վիճակի պատճառով ճանաչվել են զինծառայության համար պիտանի`խաղաղ պայմաններում: Այժմ պարտադիր զինվորական ծառայության ժամկետը 2 տարի է:
