Երկու զինծառայողի մահվան ելքով վրաերթ՝ Կոտայքի մարզում. ձերբակալվել է նույն մարզի 33-ամյա բնակիչը

2021թ ապրիլի 15-ին` ժամը 02:00-ի սահմաններում, «Մերսեդես E 200»  մակնիշի ավտոմեքենայի վարորդը, Արամուս-Մայակովսկի ավտոճանապարհով ընթանալով դեպի Աբովյան քաղաք, վրաերթի է ենթարկել ավտոճանապարհի աջ հատվածով քայլող ՀՀ ՊՆ զորամասի 6 զինծառայողի, որի հետևանքով նրանցից երկուսը մահացել են, իսկ մյուսները, մարմնական վնասվածքներով, տեղափոխվել «Աբովյան»  բժշկական կենտրոն: Դեպքից անմիջապես հետո «Մերսեդես E 200»  մակնիշի ավտոմեքենայի վարորդը, թողնելով ճանապարհատրանսպորտային պատահարի վայրը, դիմել է փախուստի: 

Դեպքի առթիվ ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Կոտայքի մարզային քննչական վարչության Աբովյանի քննչական բաժնում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 242-րդ հոդվածի (ճանապարհային երթևեկության անվտանգության ապահովմանն ուղղված պահանջները կամ ճանապարհային երթևեկության կամ տրանսպորտային միջոցների շահագործման կանոնները խախտելը) 3-րդ մասով և 244-րդ հոդվածով (ճանապարհատրանսպորտային պատահարի վայրը թողնելը): 

Կատարված անհետաձգելի քննչական և դատավարական գործողությունների արդյունքում պարզվել է վերոնշյալ ավտոմեքենայի վարորդի ինքնությունը, որը Կոտայքի մարզի Գեղաշեն գյուղի բնակիչ է՝ ծնված 1987թ.: Վերջինս ձերբակալվել է՝ նշված հանցավոր արարքները կատարելու կասկածանքով:
