Փաշինյանի հրաժարականը չի ավելացնի նրա կուսակցության շանսերը ընտրություններում. Սենատոր Կլիմով

Riafan.ru-ն գրում է, որ հայտնի է դարձել Հայաստանի վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի հրաժարականի ժամկետները, որին կհետևեն արտահերթ խորհրդարանական ընտրություններ: Riafan.ru-ն համարում է, որ այստեղ առկա է որոշակի խորամանկություն Փաշինյանի կողմից, քանի որ նա նման կերպ փորձում է «ռեստարտի ենթարկել սեփական լեգիտիմությունը»:

«Եդինայա Ռոսիա» կուսակցության Գլխավոր խորհրդի քարտուղարի տեղակալ, միջազգային հարաբերությունների գլխավոր խորհրդի նախագահության հանձնաժողովի նախագահ, սենատոր Անդրեյ Կլիմովը Riafan.ru-ի հետ հարցազրույցում ասել է. «Այն, թե ինչպես պարոն Փաշինյանը եկավ իշխանության, շատ հարցեր է առաջացնում, և ոչ միայն Հայաստանում, իշխող էլիտայի փոփոխությունը շատ բուռն էր ընթացել և, ինչպես շատերին էր թվում ոչ այնքան սահմանադրորեն: Հիմա Հայաստանի վարչապետը նույնպես հեռանում է, մեղմ ասած, ոչ ավանդական եղանակով: Սա հիմնականում թելադրված է քաղաքական այն ապակայունացմամբ, որը վերջին մեկ տարվա ընթացքում խիստ արտահայտվել է այդ երկրում»:

Սենատորը լավ չի պատկերացնում, թե ինչպես է Փաշինյանը լինելով վարչապետի պաշտոնակատար` շարունակելու ղեկավարել Հայաստանի կառավարությունը: «Նոր կոնֆիգուրացիան հստակորեն չի ավելացնում նրա լիազորությունները և հնարավորությունները, - ասել է խորհրդարանականը, - այդ անցումը ոչինչ չի ամրապնդում, և միայն ինչ որ կերպ հայ հասարակությանը ցույց է տալիս, որ պետական քաղաքականությունը փոխվելու է, իսկ ինչպե՞ս՝ կտեսնենք»:

Զրուցակիցը նշել է, որ Փաշինյանի կողմից նման մանևրի արդյունքում բողոքական ակտիվության նվազումը հնարավոր է միայն նրա քաղաքական խորհրդատուների ֆանտազիաների մեջ: «Այլ փորձագետներ իրավիճակն այլ կերպ են գնահատում, - շեշտել է Կլիմովը, - նրանց կարծիքով, Հայաստանի ներկայիս կառավարության հակառակորդների էներգիան միայն կավելանա: Այդ դիրքորոշումը զրոյից չի բխում: Պատմությունը շատ օրինակներ ունի, երբ պետությունների ղեկավարները խորամանկ քայլեր են արել, որոնք կոչված են ցույց տալ պատրաստակամությունը «ընդհառաջ գնալ մյուսներին», և հակառակորդները զգալով թուլություն «սեղմել» են ստիպելով իսկապես թողնել իշխանությունը: Պարզ չէ, թե ինչպես ամեն ինչ կստացվի Հայաստանում, և ի դեպ, դա ոչ Փաշինյանը, ոչ էլ ընդդիմությունը չգիտեն»:
Սենատորը հայտարարել է, որ Ռուսաստանի շահերին համապատասխանում է այնպիսի իրավիճակը, որ հայկական պետությունը չթուլանա այդ բոլոր իրադարձությունների արդյունքում: «Ցանկալի չէ խառնվել տեղական խնդիրներին, - բացատրել է խորհրդարանականը, - Ռուսաստանը Հայաստանում ռազմաբազա ունի, և Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում խաղաղության ապահովման հարցերը համաձայնեցվել են անձամբ Փաշինյանի հետ: Անհայտ է, թե ինչպես կգործի նրա փոխարեն այլ քաղաքական ուժի ներկայացուցիչը, չնայած դա կարելի է գուշակել»:
