Լարսի ճանապարհը հզորացնելու համար այն պետք է փակել 1-2 տարով, ինչն այսօր հնարավոր չէ. Արսեն Ղազարյան

Միջազգային բեռնափոխադրումներով զբաղվող «Ապավեն» ընկերության ղեկավար, Հայաստանի արդյունաբերողների ու գործարարների միության նախագահ Արսեն Ղազարյանը կարծում է, որ չնայած Լարսում պարբերաբար ստեղծվող խնդիրներին ու խցանումներին, հայկական կողմն անելիք չունի Լարսի ճանապարհի հետ կապված, քանի որ ռուսական ու վրացական կողմերը հնարավորն անում են:

«Քանի որ իմ բիզնեսը միջազգային բեռնափոխադրումն է, անձամբ շահագրգռված եմ այդ ճանապարհի նորմալ գործունեությամբ, բայց սկզբունքորեն չեմ ընդունում և համարում եմ խեղկատակություն, երբ մամուլում հայտնվում են շահարկումներ, որ խարդավանքներ կան ռուսական կողմից կամ վրացական կողմից՝ ձյունը եկավ, ճանապարհը չմաքրեցին, չվերանորոգեցին: Հայաստանն այնտեղ անելիք չունի»,- Tert.am-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց Արսեն Ղազարյանը՝ հավելելով. «Այդ ճանապարհը հզորացնելը շատ լուրջ տեխնիկական խնդիր է. կամ պետք է փակել 1-2 տարով, կատարել լուրջ, մի քանի 100 մլն- ի հասնող շինարարական աշխատանքներ, որից հետո փորձեն այդ ճանապարհն ունենալ նորմալ, կամ այն, ինչ այսօր անում են, ժամանակավոր վերանորոգման աշխատանքներ: Բայց այդքանից հետո այսօր ոչ թե տեխնիկական վիճակն է փակում Լարսը, այլ ձյունն է փակում: Կովկասյան լեռնանցքի ամենաձնառատ հատվածն է, որն այս սեզոնին ձնաբքի պատճառով պարբերաբար փակվում է»:

Նշենք, որ վերջին օրերին ձյան առատ տեղումների պատճառով կրկին խնդիրներ են առաջանում Լարս-Նինոծմինդա ավտոճանապարհին, որն այս պահին Հայաստանը Ռուսաստանի հետ կապող միակ ավտոճանապարհն է: Հայկական կողմից առաջարկներ են հնչում, որ Հայաստանը պետք է ներդրումներ անի ու լայնացնի Լարսի ավտոճանապարհը:

«Վրաստանը դեռևս անցյալ ամառվա փլուզումներից հետո, երբ երկրաշարժի հետևանքով լուրջ փլուզում եղավ, գեոդեզիական աշխատանքներ էր անում: Այդ սարալանջը շատ հեղհեղուկ վիճակում է, այս անգամ ոչ մի զոհ չեղավ, որովհետև տագնապի նախնական համակարգեր են մշակված. երբ սկսվում են սողանքները, հասցնում են երկու կողմից փակել: Այնպես չէ, որ վրացական կամ ռուսական կողմը չեն ցանկանում փող դնել կառուցել և մենք գնանք, ասենք, թույլ տվեք մենք անենք մեր համար, որովհետև այդ ճանապարհը սպասարկում է ոչ միայն հայկական բեռները, այլև թուրքական: Մինչև Ռուսաստանի՝ Թուրքիայի հետ կոնֆլիկտը, թուրքական մեքենաները հայկականից 3 անգամ շատ էին անցնում այդ ճանապարհով: Միջկառավարական հանձնաժողովում հարցը միշտ դրվում է, մեր կողմն առաջարկում է օգնություն, իրենք միշտ հրաժարվում են, ասում են՝ մենք դա անում ենք»,- ասաց գործարարը:

Ղազարյանի խոսքերով՝ ցավոք, Լարսի ճանապարհն սահմանափակ թողունակություն ունի: «Հատկապես վերջին տարիներին ճանապարհը նորմալ գործարկվում է թե՛ վրացական, թե՛ ռուսական կողմից, բայց, ցավոք, դա եղել է տուրիստական ճանապարհ, ոչ թե բեռնափոխադրումների: Մենք հարց ենք բարձրացրել, որ ռուսական կառավարությունն արդեն իր տարածքի վրա մաքսային անցակետը վերափոխի, վերակառուցի, որ մենք չունենանք խցանումներ այնտեղ, երբ մոտենում ենք»,- ասաց նա:

Ըստ գործարարի՝ ԵԱՏՄ մտնելուց հետո ԵԱՏՄ-ից ներկրումներն ու արտահանումները էական ավելացել են, և այն ապրանքները, որ Չինաստանից էին բերվում Հայաստան, այժմ բերվում են Ռուսաստանից: «Լուծումներից մեկն այն է, որ պետք է դիվերսիֆիկացնել արտահանումը դեպի Չինաստան ու ԱՄՆ: Արդեն իսկ նման միտումներ կան»,- ասաց Ղազարյանը:
