Արայիկ Հարությունյանը կրկին եկել է Երևան

Վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը կառավարությունում հանդիպում է ունեցել Արցախի Հանրապետության նախագահ Արայիկ Հարությունյանի հետ:

Վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյան - Մեծարգո պարոն նախագահ, ուրախ եմ Ձեզ տեսնելու համար: Մենք գործնականում 44-օրյա պատերազմի ավարտից հետո ամենօրյա ռեժիմով աշխատում ենք՝ Արցախում բնականոն կյանքը վերականգնելու ուղղությամբ և կարող եմ արձանագրել, որ այս ընթացքում լայնածավալ ծրագրեր ենք իրականացրել իրար հետ: Արդեն համատեղ մի քանի տասնյակ միլիարդ դրամի ծրագրեր ենք իրականացրել և շատ կարևոր է նաև այն որոշումը, որ մենք կայացրեցինք՝ կապված «Հայաստան» համահայկական հիմնադրամի միջոցներով Արցախում 110 մլրդ դրամի բնակարանաշինության և ենթակառուցվածքների ծրագիր իրականացնելու հետ:

Ըստ էության, երեք տարվա ընթացքում կյանքի կոչելու պարագայում կստացվի, որ այս ծրագիրը մինչև այժմ Արցախում իրականացված բոլոր ծրագրերի հետ համադրելի, համեմատելի ծրագիր է, եթե ոչ մի փոքր էլ ավելի:

Նաև լավ առիթ է, որպեսզի Ձեզ հետ կիսվեմ Մոսկվա կատարած այցի արդյունքներով և տպավորություններով: Բնականաբար, Արցախի հարցը և Արցախի շուրջ ստեղծված իրադրությունը Ռուսաստանի նախագահի հետ մեր քննարկումների կարևորագույն կետերից մեկն է եղել և շատ կարևոր եմ համարում, որ քննարկումների բովանդակությունը նաև կիսեմ Ձեզ հետ:

Նախագահ Արայիկ Հարությունյան – Շնորհակալություն պարոն վարչապետ: Մեծարգո վարչապետ, ուզում եմ ֆիքսել, կրկնել, հիշել, որ այո մենք ոչ միայն պատերազմի ժամանակ, այլ հետպատերազմյան ժամանակահատվածում, այս ծանր սոցիալական իրավիճակում, ամենօրյա ռեժիմով ենք աշխատել: Մեզ հաջողվել է ոչ միայն լուծել առաջին կարևոր սոցիալական ծրագրերը, այլ նաև հստակ մշակել մեր անելիքները՝ ուղղված ապագային:

Այդ առումով նշեմ, որ բավարարված եմ նրանով, ինչ մենք միասին քննարկել ենք, որն արդեն փաստաթղթավորվում և զուգահեռ կյանքի է կոչվում: Նաև ուզում եմ կարևորել մեր հետագա անելիքները՝ անվտանգային և քաղաքական դաշտում, մանավանդ, Ղարաբաղի կարգավիճակի հետ կապված, որտեղ մեր անելիքները պետք է լինեն ոչ միայն համաձայնեցված, այլ նույն ճանապարհով:

Այդ համատեքստում մենք էլ ենք կարևորում Ձեր այցելությունը Մոսկվա և այստեղ Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության դերը, մանավանդ Ռուսաստանի նախագահի դերը խաղաղություն կնքելու առումով և հետպատերազմյան ժամանակահատվածում Ղարաբաղի անդորրը պահպանելու առումով անգնահատելի է:
