Թուրք-ադրբեջանական տանդեմի կողմից չեն պահպանվում նոյեմբերի 9-ին կնքված համաձայնագրի կետերը

Նոյեմբերի 9-ի  համաձայնագրի կետերից միակ կետը, որ մինչ այսօր կատարվել է դա` խաղաղության պահպանումն է: Այս մասին լրատվական ռադիոյի եթերում հայտարարել է «Լուսավոր Հայաստան» կուսակցության ղեկավար Էդմոն Մարուքյանը։ Պատգամավորն անդրադառնալով  Պուտին-Փաշինյան հանդիպման  ակնկալիքներին ասել է, որ նոր բան ակնկալել պետք չէ․  «Որևէ նոր բան չենք կարող արձանագրել, քան այն, որ մենք տեղում դոփում ենք, որովհետև ձեռք բերված պայմանավորվածություններից միակ բանը, որ կատարվում է, դա այսպես ասած խաղաղության պահպանումն է։ Մնացած պայմանավորվածությունները՝ ապաշրջափակման, ռազմագերիների փոխանակման, վերադարձի, այդ ռազմատենչ հայտարարություններին վերջ տալու, որևէ առումով այս պայմանավորվածությունները չեն պահպանվում թուրք-ադրբեջանական տանդեմի կողմից, հետևաբար  ամեն մի հանդիպման ժամանակ քննարկելով, որ նոյեմբերի 9-ի  պայմանավորվածությունը պահպանվում է, խաղաղությունը պահպանվում է, ապա չպետք է մոռանալ և ասել և պետք է վերստին բարձրաձայնվել,  որ կան կետեր, օրինակ համաձայնագրի 9-րդ կետը, որը վերաբերում է ռազմագերիների վերադարձին,  չեն պահպանվում և Ադրբեջանը մինչ այսօր ռազմագերիներին չի վերադարձնում, դրան գումարած ապաշրջափակման հետ կապված հարցերը, որ տեսեք Հայաստանը որևէ երկրի հետ սահման չի փակել, այլ Հայաստանի նկատմամբ են սահմանները փակվել։ Հիմա  այդ ուղղությամբ իրենք ինչ-որ բան ասում են, թե  չեն ասում  և դրանից  բխող բազմաթիվ հարցեր։ Հայաստանը պետք է իմանա, մենք մեր օրենսդրությունը այնպես պետք է վերանայենք, որ  որևէ պարագայում սահմանների բացման արդյունքում մեր տնտեսությունը չտուժի,  թուրքական էքսպանսիա չլինի Հայաստանում։ Այսինքն, այս իմաստով որևէ ուղղությամբ նաև ներքին  տարվող աշխատանք չկա»։
