Ինչու է լռում մեր արտգործնախարարությունը. Հայաստանը Սյունիքի վրայով միջա՞նցք է տրամադրել Թուրքիային և Ադրբեջանին

Թուրքագետ Վարուժան Գեղամյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.

Մարտի 31-ին տեղի է ունեցել «Թյուրքական խորհրդի» (միավորում է Թուրքիային, Ադրբեջանին, Ղազախստանին, Ուզբեկստանին, Ղրղզստանին) հերթական գագաթնաժողովը։

Գագաթնաժողովի ընթացքում ելույթ է ունեցել Ուզբեկստանի նախագահ Շ. Միրզոևը, ում ելույթից առանձնացնենք այս հատվածը.

«Մեզ համար ռազմավարական նշանակություն ունի մեր տարածաշրջանի տրանսպորտային-տարանցիկ պոտենցիալի բարձրացումը։ Կարևոր է Միջին Ասիայի միջոցով ապահովել ելք դեպի համաշխարհային հիմնական շուկաներ (ներառյալ Չինաստանը, Հնդկաստանը, Պակիստանը և այլ ասիական երկրներ), ինչպես նաև Ադրբեջանից և Թուրքիայից՝ դեպի եվրոպական երկրներ։ Այս ուղղություններով տրանսպորտային ՄԻՋԱՆՑՔների զարգացումը և լոգիստիկ ենթակառուցվածքների կառուցմանն ուղղված խոշոր նախագծերի համատեղ իրականացումը ամբողջությամբ համապատասխանում է մեր շահերին»։

Եթե հաշվի առնենք, որ ամբողջ գագաթնաժողովի ընթացքում հիշատակվել է միայն մեկ միջանցքի՝ «Զանգեզուրի միջանցքի» մասին, ապա դժվար թե սխալված լինենք, եթե պնդենք, որ Ուզբեկստանի նախագահը նույնպես նկատի ուներ Սյունիքի վրայով անցնելիք Մեղրիի (Նախիջևանի) միջանցքը։

Այդ նույն ժողովի ընթացքում Ադրբեջանի նախագահը ևս հատուկ անդրադարձել էր բացվելիք միջանցքին. «Մեր հաղթանակից հետո ստեղծվել են նոր հնարավորություններ, որոնցից ամենակարևորը տրանսպորտայինն է։ Այսօր ակտիվորեն աշխատում ենք Զանգեզուրի միջանցքի ծրագրի վրա։ Անցյալում, երբ Զանգեզուրը պոկեցին Ադրբեջանից և միավորեցին Հայաստանի հետ, թյուրքական աշխարհը աշխարհագրորեն մասնատվեց։ Եթե նայեք քարտեզին, կարծես մեր մարմնի մեջ դաշույն է խրվել ու թյուրքական աշխարհը բաժանվել է։ Պատմական Ադրբեջանի հող Զանգեզուրը այժմ կխաղա Թյուրքական աշխարհը միավորող դեր։... Ադրբեջանը վաղուց է սկսել այս գործը»։

Սա հերթական անգամ ապացուցում է, որ չնայած բոլոր կիսահերքումներին՝ ՀՀ ներկայիս օկուպացիոն ռեժիմը համաձայնել է Սյունիքի վրայով միջանցք տրամադրել Թուրքիային և Ադրբեջանին, իսկ վերջիններս այժմ ամեն բան անում են, որպեսզի այդ նախագիծը ներկայացնեն որպես բազմակողմ ենթակառուցվածք՝ այդպիսով մեծացնելով Հայաստանի վրա ճնշումը և անխուսափելի դարձնեն համար այդ որոշումը։

Եթե Հայաստանում լիներ ազգային իշխանություն, ապա այս պահին մեր արտգործնախարարությունը ոչ միայն կհակադարձեր նմանատիպ հայտարարություններին, այլև վաղուց օրնիբուն աշխատանք կտաներ Թյուրքական խորհրդի երկրների հետ՝ կասեցնելու համար սպասվող արհավիրքը։

Իսկ Սյունիքի վրայով թյուրքական միջանցքի բացումը թուրքական նախապայմաններով նշանակում է միայն մեկ բան. Սյունիքի սողացող նվաճում՝ առաջին հերթին տնտեսական միջոցներով, իսկ հեռանկարում՝ ռազմական։
