Կանխավճար թողելու պատճառով՝ ստիպված ձեռք են բերել AstraZeneca պատվաստանյութը

Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունը կորոնավիրուսի դեմ պատվաստվելու համար ձեռք է բերել AstraZeneca պատվաստանյութը, որից հրաժարվել են Եվրոպական 11 երկրներ, այդ թվում՝ Գերմանիան, Ֆրանսիան, Իտալիան ու Իսպանիան, դադարեցրել են կորոնավիրուսի դեմ AstraZeneca պատվաստանյութի օգտագործումը: Հիմնական պատճառաբանությունն այն է, որ անհրաժեշտ է լրացուցիչ ուսումնասիրություններ կատարել կողմնակի հնարավոր ազդեցությունները պարզելու համար, եւ, որ այն արյան տրոմբներ է առաջացնում 50-ն անց պացիենտների մոտ: Այս թեմայով pressmedia.am  կայքը զրուցել է բժիշկ, համաճարակաբան Էդուարդ Հովհաննիսյանի հետ։

— Պարոն Հովհաննիսյան, Հայաստանում դարձյալ կորոնավիրուսային հիվանդացության աճ կա, ձեր կարծիքով ի՞նչի հետևանք է դա, ի՞նչ է տեղի ունենում։

—  Ամեն դեպքում, սեզոնային ակտիվացում պետք է լիներ, դժվարանում եմ ասել, թե կոնկրետ ինչի հետևանք կարող է լինել, որովհետև համաճարակը իր ալիքային բնույթում զարգանում է, ամենայն հավանականությամբ, դեռ բնակչության շրջանում ինչ-որ չափով կար ընկալունակ շերտ, դրա համար էլ այդ սեզոնին, որ պետք է սուր շնչառականները ակտիվանային, նաև կորոնավիրուսի թվերը աճեցին։ 

— Կա գնահատական, որ վերջին շրջանում մարդիկ չէին պահում անվտանգության կանոնները, դիմակներ չէին կրում, հենց մեծամասամբ դա հանգեցրեց այս ալիքի տարածմանը։

—  Ոչ, դա չի կարող լինել պատճառը, որովհետև  մենք արդեն տեսանք, որ շրջաններում, վերջին ամիսների ընթացքում, տարբեր կարգապահությամբ և տարբեր դրսևորումներով մարդիկ մեկ դիմակ էին կրում, մեկ չէին կրում, մեկ պահում էին անվտանգության կանոնները, մեկ չէին պահում, բայց, ամեն դեպքում, համաճարակը իր այն փուլերում, երբ որ պետք է ալիքաձև բարձրացում տար, այդ ժամանակ բարձրացում եղել է, երբ որ պետք է նվազեր՝ նվազել է։ Այսինքն, միայն մեզնից կախված էր այն, որ կարող էինք այնպես անել, որ այդ ալիքները շատ ուժեղ չլինեին, բայց դա պայմանավորված չի միայն դիմակ կրելուց։ Գլոբալ հակահամաճարակային միջոցառումները, քանի որ չեն իրականացվել բոլորը, ինչ որ պետք  է իրականացվեր, այդ պատճառով էլ մեզ մոտ համաճարակը զարգանում է իր սեփական կանոններով։  

—  Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունը ձեռք է բերել AstraZeneca պատվաստանյութը, որը  շատ քննադատվեց  հասարակության կողմից։ Միջազգային փորձից ինչ տեղեկատվություններ են ձեզ հայտնի պատվաստանյութի մասին։

— Ինձ հայտնի է  այն, ինչ բոլորս տեսնում ենք, հրապարակումներում բոլոր պատվաստանյութերի հետ կապված կան բացասական և դրական  արձագանքներ, ուղղակի այնպես է ստացվում, որ AstraZeneca-ի հետ խնդիրները ավելի շատ են եղել հրապարակումներում։ Առաջանում են խնդիրները, հետո ուսումնասիրվում են և հերքվում են, բայց, ամեն դեպքում, ստացվում է այնպես, որ այդ պատվաստանյութը ամենաքննադատվողն է, համեմատած մնացածի հետ։ Պետք է լուրջ հանձնաժողովներ աշխատեն, միայն մեր տեղեկատվություններով ճիշտ եզրակացություն դժվար, թե կարողանանք տալ, պետք է մասնագիտական հանձնաժողովներ կազմվեն, որ հստակ կարծիք կազմեն և խորհուրդ տան բնակչությանը, որ հատվածի վրա դա օգտագործեն։
