Թուրքիան 4 կետով ԱՄՆ-ին է փոխանցել Հայոց ցեղասպանության մասին իր վերապահումները

Թուրքիայի նախագահ Ռեջեփ Թայիփ Էրդողանի խոսափող համարվող թուրքական «Sabah» թերթի կայքի տեղեկացմամբ՝ Անկարան ապրիլի 24-ին ընդառաջ գաղտնի դիվանագիտություն է վարում ԱՄՆ-ի հետ, քանի որ  անհանգստացած է Վաշինգտոնից ստացված ազդակներից:

Թուրքիայում լուրեր են շրջանառվում, որ ԱՄՆ նախագահ Ջո Բայդենը հնարավոր է ապրիլի 24-ին կիրառի Հայոց ցեղասպանություն արտահայտությունը:

Ըստ թուրքական կայքի՝ նախորդ շաբաթ Թուրքիայի նախագահի մամուլի խոսնակ Իբրահիմ Քալընը հանդիպել է ԱՄՆ նախագահի անվտանգության հարցերով խորհրդական Ջեք Սալիվանի հետ և ներկայացրել Հայոց ցեղասպանության հարցում Թուրքիայի 4 վերապահումները:

Քալընի պնդմամբ՝ կատարվածը ցեղասպանություն կոչելու համար իրավական հիմք չկա. դրա համար անհրաժեշտ է դատարանի որոշում, որպիսիք եղել են Ռուանդայի և Սրեբրենիցայի դեպքում:

Նա երկրորդ կետով Սալիվանին հիշեցրել է, որ «ցեղասպանություն» տերմինը շրջանառության մեջ է դրվել 1948թ` ակնարկելով, որ այդ տերմինն ամրագրած ՄԱԿ-ի կոնվենցիան չի կարող հետադարձ ուժ ունենալ:

Թուրքիայի մյուս մտավախությունը ներկայացնելիս՝ Էրդողանի խոսնակը շեշտել է, որ Բայդենի կողմից «ցեղասպանություն» բառի կիրառումը խնդիրներ կստեղծի ԱՄՆ-Թուրքիա հարաբերություններում:
