Ինչու են Բաքուն և Անկարան փորձում շանտաժի ենթարկել Ռուսաստանին. Ինչու Ադրբեջանն արեց Իսկանդերի մասին հայտարարությունը

Կարեն Հովհաննիսյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.

Պաշտոնական Բաքուն հայտարարում է, որ Շուշիում կիրառվել է Իսկանդեր։

Փորձենք հասկանալ, թե ինչ է ասվում պաշտոնական հաղորդագրությունում։

Նախ սկսենք նրանից, որ Շուշիում ականազերծման աշխատանքներ իրականացնող գործակալությունն ադրբեջանական է, որն էլ հայտարարել է Իսկանդերի օգտագործման մասին։

Իսկանդերի հրթիռների բեկորներ, ըստ ադրբեջանական Ականազերծման գործողությունների գործակալության (ANAMA), հայտնաբերվել է մարտի 15-ին։ Այսինքն 15 օրվա փորձաքննությունը ոչինչ չի ասել, բացի նույնականացման համարից, որը բաց ինտերնետային հասանելիության համար է։ Նախ 15 օրում չեն կարող փորձագիտական աշխատանք կատարել և նույնականացնել հրթիռի բեկորները։ Դրանք դեռևս չունեն միջազգային նմանատիպ գործակալությունների վերստուգիչ եզրակացություն, որը սովորաբար կատարվում է։

Հետաքրքիր է նաև այն փաստը, որ շեշտում են ՊԱՅԹԱԾ տերմինը։

Ադրբեջանը մի կողմից պաշտոնական Մոսկվային է հակադրվում՝ պնդելով, որ Շուշիում կիրառվել է Իսկանդեր, մյուս կողմից էլ ՀՀ վարչապետին է հակադրվում՝ պնդելով, որ հրիթեները պայթել են։

Հետաքրքիր է, որ դեկտեմբրից Շուշիում իրականացվող ականազերծման աշխատանքների արդյունքում ավելի շուտ չէին հայտնաբերվել այդ բեկորները։ Համեմատաբար փոքր տարածքում ականազերծման աշխատանքների նմանատիպ արդյունք ինչու՞ հենց այս շրջանում պետք է հրապարակվեր։

Ակնհայտ է, որ Բաքուն փորձում է ինչ-որ բան հասկացնել ՌԴ-ին, ինչ-որ գործընթացների հետ կապված։ Բոլորս էլ գիտենք, որ Իսկանդերը չէր կարող կիրառվել Շուշիում, քանի որ այն գտնվում էր ՀՀ զինանոցում, իսկ եթե կիրառվել է , ուրեմն ՌԴ-ն կարող է խնդիրներ ունենալ։ ՀՀ-ից իբրև թե միամիտ վարչապետի մակարդակով խոսվեց Իսկանդերի կիրառման մասին, բայց այլ լույսի ներքո՝ չպայթելու, կամ մասամբ պայթելու լույսի ներքո, սակայն հետագայում այն հերքվեց արդեն բոլորիս հայտնի հայտարարությամբ և այդ հերքումն էլ հաստատեց Մոսկվան։ Հարցը կարծես թե փակված էր, սակայն Թուրքիան Ադրբեջանի դեմքով ՌԴ-ին հասկացնում է, որ դու խնդիրներ ես ունենալու, եթե ես մինչև վերջ պնդեմ Իսկանդերի կիրառության մասին թեզը։ Իսկ իրենց ինչի՞ն է պետք դա, ինչը Բաքվի և Անկարայի դուրը չի գալիս այս փուլում, ինչու՞ են փորձում շանտաժի ենթարկել ՌԴ-ին․․․
