Լեհաստանը մտադիր է կենսաթոշակներ սահմանել ծառայողական շների ու ձիերի համար

Նրանք հայտնաբերում են փրկվածներին փլուզված շենքերում, հետապնդում են փախուստի մեջ գտնվողներին, թմրավաճառներին ու պայթուցիկ նյութերի մաքսանենգներին եւ օգնում են վերահսկել աղմկոտ բազմությունները: Այս ամենը սննդի, կացարանի եւ պարբերաբար գլուխը շոյելու դիմաց, գրում է Associated Press-ը:

Բայց երբ գալիս է հեռանալու պահը, լեհական ոստիկանությունում, սահմանապահ եւ հրշեջ ծառայություններում ծառայող շների եւ ձիերի պետական խնամքը դադարում է: Կենդանիներին նվիրում են՝ առանց նրանց ապագա բարեկեցության որեւէ երաշխիքի:

Շահագրգիռ պաշտոնյաների դիմումներից հետո ՆԳՆ-ն առաջարկել է նոր օրենք, որով այդ կենդանիներին կտրվի պաշտոնական կարգավիճակ եւ կվճարվեն կենսաթոշակներ, որոնք կօգնեն հոգալ հաճախ թանկարժեք խնամքի ծախսերը, որոնց բախվում են նոր տերերը:

Երկրի ներքին գործերի նախարար Մարիուշ Կամինսկին օրինագիծը որակել է որպես «բարոյական պարտք», որը պետք է միաձայն աջակցություն ստանա, երբ այն այս տարվա վերջին խորհրդարանում ներկայացվի հաստատման:

«Մեկ մարդկային կյանք ավելի է փրկվել, մեկ հանցագործ ավելի է բռնվել ծառայության մեջ գտնվող կենդանիների շնորհիվ»,- ասել է նախարարը:

Նոր օրենքը կվերաբերի շուրջ 1200 շներին եւ ավելի քան 60 ձիերին, որոնք ներկայումս ծառայում են:
