Երեկ կառավարությունը որոշում ընդունեց վերանայել պետական գնումների շրջանակներում 100% բանկային երաշխիքների պահանջը՝ կտրուկ նվազեցնելով այն և սահմանելով երաշխիքի անհամեմատ ցածր շեմեր՝ գնման գումարից կախված:
Ակամայից հիշեցի, որ երբ ես և Լուսավոր Հայաստանի իմ այլ գործընկերներ ԱԺ-ում, մասնավորապես՝ Կառավարության հետ հարց պատասխանի ժամանակ, բարձրացնում էինք այդ հարցը, որ դա դժվար հաղթահարելի պահանջ է փոքր և միջին բիզնեսի համար և պետք է այն վերանայել, Վարչպետը մեզ մեղադրեց «նախկին ատկատչիկների» շահերը սպասարկելու մեջ:
Հիմա ինձ մոտ հարց է ծագում՝ իշխանությունը վերջապես բանկային երաշխիքի պահանջը վերանայելով՝
1.արդյո՞ք ինքն է սկսել սպասարկել իր իսկ նշած «նախկին ատկատչիկների» շահերը, թե՞
2.արդեն իսկ լուծել է «նախկին ատկատչիկների» հարցը և ձևավորել է իրեն յուրային «ատկատչիկներ», թե՞
3.վերջապես հասկացել է նախկին իր իսկ որոշման խիստ բացասական ազդեցությունը փոքր և միջին բիզնեսի վրա, համոզվել է մեր իրավացի լինելու մեջ և որոշել է շտկել իր սխալը, սակայն ընտրությունների նախաշեմին ներկայացնելով այն որպես ժեստ մեր տնտեսավարողներին:
Արդեն իսկ ձեռագիր է դառնում իշխանության համար՝ նախ կայացնել խայտառակ որոշումներ, հետո հերոսաբար վերացնել դրանք, ներկայացնելով հանրությանը, թե տեսեք՝ ինչեր ենք անում Ձեր համար:
