Սահմանամերձ համայնքներում, աահմանային հատվածներում տեսանկարահանումները, լուսանկարահանումներն, հավաքական առումով՝ լուսաբանումներն, անշուշտ կարգավորման խնդիր ունեն։

Բայց դրանք պետք է լինեն տրամաբանության սահմաններում, որպեսզի չդիտվի զուտ իրականության քողարկում։

Մեկ օրինակ բերեմ. Գորիս-Կապան ճանապարհի մերձակա հատվածներում ադրբեջանական մեկ սահմանային ուղեկալ և մի քանի դիտակետ-հենակետներ կան։

Եթե ես ճանապարհին մեքենայից նկարում եմ, դա ի՞նչ սպառնալիք է ստեղծում Հայաստանի ազգային անվտանգությանը։

Խնդիրն այն ժամանակ կլինի, եթե, օրինակ ես դա նկարեմ մեր մարտական դիրքի այնպիսի ռակուրսից կամ սահմանային հատվածից, որում կերևա մեր դիրքի կառուցվածքը, կահավորումը, սպառազինությունը, տեխնիկական միջոցները և այլն։

Թող որևէ կառույց, այդ թվում՝ ԱԱԾ-ն, ցույց տան այն վտանգները, ռիսկերը, որոնք կարող են առաջացնել մայրուղուց լուսանկարահանում կամ տեսանկարահանում իրականացնելը։

Եթե այս սահմանակամումների գործընթացը փորձում եք տեղավորել իշխանության՝ Սյունիքն անվտանգ է կեղծ և վտանգավոր թեզի ներքո, ասեմ, որ դրանով ավելի մեծ վնաս եք հասցնում երկրի ազգային անվտանգությանը, քան իրականության մասին խոսելով։

Ի վերջո, մեր խնդիրն այն է, որ ռեսուրսները սահմանային անվտանգության ապահովման ուղղությամբ դնելու փոխարեն իշխանությունը զբաղված է իրականությունը թաքցնելով։
